NON SMOKING POLICY
Let me preface that I am a smoker but was aware of the no smoking policy before the trip. I made dozens of trips down 10 floors to comply with this policy. Not only was the neighbor to my right smoking on her balcony but the scent of pot permeated out unit as well. Our neighbor to the left came after us but they were smoking on their balcony as well. I realize everyone in a building that size cannot be policed but feel I was penalized for doing the right thing while others blatently disregarded the rules with no consequences. Outside of that one issue,, the trip was a total success.

Severe noise warning!
Told at time of booking there was no construction planned on our property but arrived to find work being done directly outside our patio from 7-5 daily. Drilling and blasting sounds were so loud we were unable to hear each other, or the tv and couldn’t occupy our room during the day. Rental manger advised us they could not control what was being done in or near the units.

Quick apron break trip with the kids
The condo is in a good location. The property is maintained “okay”. The unit we stayed in was clean and had just enough space for us. Although we did have a leak in the ceiling the maintenance men were prompt to respond. One thing that could be better is the water temp in the unit. The water was extremely cold and I reported it but no one addressed that issue. It was not only cold for showers, but the kitchen and bathroom sinks as well would never even get warm.

Fantastic location
The condo was perfect. The view from the balcony was gorgeous. The building is very well maintained. Some maintenence occured during our stay, seems like it should be ending soon. Location couldn't be more convenient.

Perfect family vacation
We had a wonderful stay here! It was the perfect size for our family of 5 and had everything we could have needed and was close to anything we wanted. Things were clean and comfortable and the boys loved having a tv in “their room”. It was our first family vacation to the beach, but definitely won’t be our last. We look forward to many stays in this condo.
