Great place. Plan to book for our next trip.

Sitting on the balcony, plenty of seating and it was recliners, roomy, comfortable beds, 4 bathrooms, lazy river.

Family vacation

We loved our stay, views are beautiful, we stayed in 1005 at Phoenix West. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Could use new cooking skillets with a lid and workable can opener. We had plenty of space for our group of ten for eating and just hanging out together. Would recommend this condo!!

Beautiful Beach Space and More

The condo was very spacious, wonderfully decorated and well stocked. We loved that we had plenty of room to sit inside. The balcony also had plenty of room and a great view. I would definitely recommend this condo.

Refreshingly Beautiful

This beautiful vacation home overlooks the beach. It has a walk out balcony that is furnished for comfort. The home features 3 bedrooms and a large open space for the kitchen, den, and dining area. The home is comfortable , cozy and gorgeous. I hope to stay there again!

Great family vacation

The condo was perfect, except for the dirty kitchen floor when we arrived. Management offered to clean it, but we had already taken care of it by then as we had a one year old crawling around. Everyone had plenty of room to spread out. The place was nicely decorated, furniture was comfortable, and we had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. Loved sitting on the balcony every morning watching for dolphins.

Great condo

We loved the recliner couches, plenty of seating on the balcony, and we had more than enough space for our party of 5. The kids want a recliner couch for home now! The only real complaint: The bedding in the bedrooms, the sheets specifically, didn't fit the beds correctly so we were constantly fighting to keep the bottom sheets on the beds. We love the Phoenix West complex though and will continue to come back to this place as a whole!

Overall is good! It is clean and spacious. I love the stay except for the wireless issue. We did not have wireless nor TV access. We contacted with Vacasa many times but no staff came to fix it.

Vacation 2024

Loved the condo but maintenance and cleanup could be improved. Washer does not spin out correctly so every load was saturated. We had to run drain and spin cycle after every wash and it still was extra soaked so much dryer had to be run 2 cycles to get anything dry. We called maintenance but no one ever came. Previous guest have complained about this also. Clothing Items left in drawers, opened food items in kitchen cabinet and dishes in dishwasher questionable on cleanliness. Mold on hand held shower head in master bath.

Work on Beach ruined our stay

I can't rate the property accurately because the work done on the beach through my entire stay ruined my stay. It was 24/7, loud and closed the beach so we literally could not access the beach. The whole point of a beachfront unit was to have easy access to the beach. In addition, the very loud (shoveling, beeping trucks, etc. all night long) noise ruined the relaxation of the views and the waves. The unit itself was fine, it's as listed on the stie. But the property managers did not disclose the work being done despite my calling ahead of time to ask if any work would be happening during my stay. I feel I was misled and lied to and it ruined my stay.

Retired ladies group

The condo is beautiful, very clean, and supplied well in the kitchen. Our group consisted of eight retired ladies-the four bathrooms worked wonderfully for us. We enjoyed trips daily to the beach. Our favorite spot, though, was the Lazy River. I would highly recommend staying here.

Nice room but several issues

This is the first time we’ve stayed at Phoenix West as we usually stay at Phoenix West II. The room itself was not bad, but we had several issues with cleanliness. The floors were full of sand, towels that were supposed to be clean had hair all in them, bed sheets and pillow cases had stains on them and a few other issues. We also had issues with the electrical outlets in 2 of the 4 bathrooms which made it hard for 10 people. We reported this right away but the only thing handled was bringing us a set of clean sheets. We did come across a few other issues but never reported since nobody showed up to fix the ones we did call in. When we booked the room we were told it had 2 sofa beds but when we arrived we noticed it in fact it did not. We were told the owners swapped out and we weren’t informed…they did however bring an air mattress which helped. Overall the room was ok but next week time we’ll stick to Phoenix West II

Awesome Condo

Awesome week! Very spacious, well equipped condo. Perfect location on the 10th floor. Large bedrooms and tvs. Condo is in a nice location on the strip. Very nice pool, lazy river and access to the beach! Lazy river was our favorite! No problems with noise and no wait on the elevators. Great week and can’t wait to return. Will try to book this same unit again.

Friends Beach Trip

Great property! Everything was tip top. Lots of space for 6 of us. Beds were comfy. Floors could use a good scrub. Our feet were black if we went barefoot inside.

Great for multiple couples or families!!

Upon entering the unit, we smelled the freshness!! We went straight to the kitchen to put away our groceries. There was more than enough room in the refrigerator, in the cabinets, & on the countertops. The bar area with a wine cooler was perfect for us; we were a group of three adult couples, so we made very good use of it!! We had everything we needed to mix our drinks & even cook a few meals! 😉 The living room area was wonderful! We each had our own recliner, and the arrangement was ideal for conversation & television viewing. The dining area had seating for eight, so it accommodated all of us with ease. Each of our couples had our own bedroom with en suite bathroom, giving us privacy & space for all of our belongings. All of the beds were comfortable, but the fitted sheets on the queen beds tended to slip up; they just needed deep pocket sheets. We did not feel this issue warranted a lesser rating. We took advantage of the extra bathroom off of the hallway when needed, & used the washer and dryer located there everyday. All areas of the condo were well-cleaned and nicely decorated!! Check-in at the gate, parking, access to the unit, & beach access were all very easy. We did have to wait on the elevators a bit sometimes, but it was not bad. We highly recommend this unit and encourage you to give it a try!! 😃
