Property appeared much newer in advertised photos but that’s most beach condos. Recliner was broken and doesn’t recline and kitchen table is slanted on the ends. The cleanliness of the unit was average at best. It worked for a short trip since we were not in the condo much.

Not up to par for the price

The room itself was nice. Comfortable furniture, nice view. The room was dirty upon arrival, trash was under the bunk bed in the hallway, there was sand under the sheets of the bed. Contacted management and they sent someone to clean it while we were at dinner. The hotel had plenty to do: nice pool area and splash pad for the kids, beach chair rentals were convenient, etc. One major downside to our stay was that ONE of the TWO elevators was broken almost our entire 5 day stay. Meaning that everyone in the 15 story hotel was lined up for a mile to use the one working elevator. A security staff told me that is a regular occurrence. Also, our initial reservation email we received said that for this time of year (may thru September) check in was at 5 pm and check out was at 11 am. We planned our trip around this. On check out day, I received a text saying checkout was at 10, with a link to check ourselves out. I responded to the text saying we were informed via reservation email check out was at 11. They instructed me to talk to the front desk about this. After talking to the front staff for about 10 minutes, it was resolved and we were “allowed” to check out at 11. This is a major miscommunication flaw. Other than that, our stay was good. Will most likely not book here again though due to the issues. For the price we paid, I feel confident we can get better service.
