Great place to stay!

We had a great stay. Plenty of room! Condo was clean and cozy. The lazy river is the best. The only issue we had was the toilet in the bedroom with the bunk beds was difficult to flush and probably needs to be looked at. Other than that great experience! We will definitely be back.

Vacation on the Bay

Phoenix on the Bay was great! The pictures on the VRBO website does not do it justice. All the rooms were huge. We put the four kids, ages 2 thru 9 in the front bedroom as they added bunk beds along with the queen bed which was absolutely perfect. There was also a crib (which we didn't need) in the master bedroom. Everything was really nice. I only have one bad comment, and that is the dryer. The dryer needs to be replaced or fixed as it took 2 hours to dry one load of clothes. Bring blankets if you like to cozy up on the couch as there are no extras, I am guessing because of covid. Pool and lazy river were very cold but that didn't stop the kids from going in! Overall I would recommend it and I would stay there again.
