Great place to stay

I was very impressed by the cleanliness and beauty of this condo. It was in an awesome location and beach was not crowded at all. The balcony view is breathtaking. I would recommend staying here and I will definitely be staying here myself again

Vaca for 2

Once we cleared up the issue with the gate (owner of rental group actually came out himself to help us) everything was good. Bed was comfortable (we like a more firm bed), unit was clean, and perfect location for beach and shopping.

Awesome Location

Kitchen pans also need replacing and the tubs don’t drain very well. Other than that there were no issues. Everything was clean and we enjoyed our stay.

Quick stay worked into business trip.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very easy to work with. Customer service was good. The amount of fees tacked onto the property was a little steep. The additional parking fee was a surprise too. If we were ever to return to the area we would stay here and would recommend this place to others. We liked the location of the condo and having open space west of Wind Drift.

Mediocre at Best

First off, location of the condo was great. The unit itself smelled musty, moldy and damp. One of the bedrooms had sand in the sheets and we had to wash the sheets. The kitchen was minimally stocked and the dishes that were stocked were broken, chipped and cracked. The place was dirty. I reached out to Beachball and they said they would send someone over to look. I asked that we be given time and date so we could be in the unit. Imagine our surprise at walking in from the beach to find a lady that spoke no english and a child. The unit was terrible. Very disappointed.

Overpriced for the facilities & cleanliness

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Was told it was often possible for units to be clean/ready before 4pm checkin. I texted at 3:50pm saying I still hadnt gotten a door code yet. Simple and snarky response of “Checkin is not until 4:00”. However before checkout, had the audacity to ask me if I was leaving early so they could clean early. No.Upon arrival there were no parking tags, not a single one (even more frustrating when you have to pay those extra parking fees). Contacted rental company to be told “just wait for them to be refilled sometime & grab one then”. Sofa bed linens had not been cleaned- looked like dried chocolate on them. Door jam between living room & master was not attached to floor and kept sliding around all week. Smaller bathroom tub had duct tape from a previous “repair”. Pool deck never appeared to be cleaned (same dirt and grime all week) & guests were regularly using the pool net to clean the pool themselves.Unit is also directly across hall from the elevator- noise and light in smaller bedroom all night long.

Nice Place to stay

Overall it was a nice place to stay. There were a few things that could be improved, like the rusty hinges on doors in the bathroom. The floors had a lot of sand on them when we got there, I spent the next morning vacuuming to clean up the sand. Also the master bath toilet needs repair, it would keep running after flushing. Cost was a little high. I would have enjoyed our trip much more if the weather would have cooperated. It was quite cold when we were there so spent more time in the condo than we normally would have.

Get away

Fix the elevator!!!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Fix the elevator!!!! Impossible to climb 7 flights with bad knees! Loved actual condo and location. Few cosmetic/safety issues. Mirror propped covering hole in wall was safety issue for small children. Stain in tub could be removed with pumice stone. Needed hangers and rental company brought on day three. We love this condo but will not come back unless elevator issue is permanently addressed!

Great location

We had a good time. Condo is clean. Furniture is comfortable. Need sheets that will stay on the master bed. We like this condo because it sits by one of the state parks so the foot traffic is pretty light on the beach.

Needs work

The laminate floors are mismatched and there’s no transition piece from the master into the living room- catches toes easily. Baseboard missing on a wall and a hole in the wall in the master as well still not fixed after several previous reviews. There are no hangers and no where to put clothes- in general needs some TLC. Check in was easy. Would rent from this management company again - just not this property.

Paradise On The Beach...

We have been coming to Orange Bach a few years now. Stayed in different properties as well and another Wind Drift condo on both the ocean and the bay side. This condo by far was perfect for our family. For a week on the beach and a home away from home, it was all we needed. I loved the patio being on the top floor and the comfy loungers as it allowed for beautiful mornings watching the sun rise with my coffee and we didn't have to worry about the noise of people above us. Condos provide carts to load and unload with the elevator so check in and out was a breeze. Sure, there are a few items that need updating / repair, (laundry room track doors kept coming off track and was worried I was going to break them because they are mirrored. Had to get on hands and knees with my wife to get back on the track so we could access the washer/dryer. The master bedroom king mattress is a bit stiff. you can tell they just replaced the 2nd bedroom mattress as it was comfy and the master closet doesn't have much storage for guest items as it is full of materials being stored such as tiles, more mirrors and such. None of this made me want to call and complain), but all in all it was a wonderful place and I am already looking forward to booking this same condo again next year.

Peaceful Vacation

We loved staying here, and we would love to come back! It’s a very short walk to the beach. Even in June, I felt like the beach was never too crowded. The view from the balcony is beautiful & so spacious. Wonderful stay!

Had workers in the house 2x without notification

The experience of having people come in to your unit, 2x is absolutely unacceptable and jarring. The secondary bed is awful, son had to sleep on the couch. Really run down broken dishes, utencils. No transition mouldings from room to room, broke a toe nail on that. Duck tape on the front shower, stained horribly. Wouldn't recommend this until they correct obvious safety and comfort issues. HOA Should be ashamed of themselves for the workers invading space.

Can’t beat the check in process! Amazing!

Just one big hole in the master bedroom covered by a mirror on the floor. Would be nice to have a Keurig coffee maker instead of old fashion coffee maker. These days, people like different flavors! Just a suggestion
