Great Location—less than clean experience.

My feedback is mainly around the cleanliness and the lack of property management communication. It’s as if they only cleaned the linens, towels, and did a light vacuum. The washer/dryer had a significant amount of sand it that we had to vacuum out. The cabinets had brown stains on them, and the living room rug had debris in it. My toddler almost immediately found a piece of broken glass on the rug on while we were unpacking the first night. The trash can was broken and had a metal wire sticking out of it which i felt was unsafe for our toddler. So, I put it in the laundry closet and bought our own for the week. The dishwasher would leak suds when we used the condo provided dishwasher pods. The dryer had to be run 2-3 times to actually dry. I tried calling the property management company three times with no one answering or returning my voicemail. Other than that, the location was great and super convenient.

Loved our condo!

Beautiful condo that we were able to maintain sanity with 2 toddlers!! Beautiful unit to go alongside the amazing beaches. Security was nice as well. Indoor pool and hot tub was a must with the little ones and it did not disappoint!

Needs some updates

Beds and pillows were not comfortable. Kitchen was not well equipped. Cooking pans were rusted. No measuring cups or measuring spoons. No bed skirt in room with 2 beds on one of the beds. Exhaust fan was not working and had to call to have it replaced. The comforter in master bedroom smelled like body odor. Needs to be washed. We all love Pelican Pointe but was very disappointed in our condo.

Subpar maintenance of property

The property needs some maintenance that would be easily done. The room with the double beds had a brown spot and a piece drywall/ceiling hanging from the ceilings. The master bath had a unfinished patch in the drywall. Kitchen is missing some key items to cook meals for a family kitchen
