Wonderful condo

We went to Orange beach for our yearly family vacation. We booked this lovely condo for six members of our family. It was a perfect fit. Landscaping was beautiful and the view from the balcony was fabulous. We will definitely book this unit for a future vacation.

Great place to stay!

Was a great place to stay for the week with 5 in our family! Everything was perfect! The security was top notch and seen them out checking the grounds and talked with a couple of different people. Really nice! Pickleball court was a bonus! Great view of the ocean for my morning devotion and coffee! Lots of good restaurants near by and my wife and I got to see The Red Clay Strays at The Wharf on the 4th for my 60th birthday present!! Man it was a great week and my son asked his girlfriend to marry him while we were hear! Just a wonder time! Would definitely stay here again!

Exceptional Property

We really enjoyed our stay at this property!! It was sparkling clean with every amenity you could imagine! The bedrooms were roomy and very nice bedding on comfortable beds. Plenty of comfortable seating in the common area and the balcony. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, crockpot, and coffee makers. The large bathrooms were both very nice with big fluffy towels! We enjoyed both the indoor and outdoor pools and easy access to the beach. The Palms property has plenty of private parking and the grounds were very well kept. It was really an ideal visit and we will most definitely return.

Scenery from 3rd floor balcony was awesome. Nice kitchen with island, large microwave, large refrigerator and freezer, wet bar, plenty of room for 6 guests, very nice mattress and pillows, plenty of hot water, water pressure was great, washer and dryer to keep up with towels being used. Very nice indoor pool, the outdoor pool water was perfect temperature for swimming, plenty of lounge chairs around the pool, water spray to wash sand off at the walkway. And lots more to add.

Great Condo!

We loved our stay here! The layout of the building was a little odd, but it made for less noise than other condos we have stayed at. We loved being able to use the indoor and outdoor pools when there were too many jellyfish in the ocean. The condo is very well equipped and they supplied everything we needed, except beach towels, so make sure to bring those! The towels in the unit were small bath towels and there was only 1-2 per person, but they did provide detergent for multiple loads of laundry and had laundry in unit which was great. The on site management was very polite and helped us find our way around. We hope to stay there again next year!

Fun ladies getaway

The Palms 302 was perfect for the six of us ladies looking for a relaxing time away. There was plenty of room, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, the bathrooms were nice, the living room was a good size, there was seating for 6 to eat combining the table and counter seating, and the balcony was amazing for all of us to sit out in the evenings. The elevators are close to the unit and it was easy and quick to get down and out to the beach or to our car. The Palms is in a great area near many restaurants. We recommend GT’s and The Gulf! We had a wonderful time in Orange Beach and could see ourselves returning to the Palms.
