Upon your second day, you promptly viewed the email we sent asking, "How's it going?" and we received no response. We send this as a chance to voice any feelings or concerns about the condo so that Beach Getaways can respond quickly while you're here. We sent another email labeled, "Did you enjoy your stay?" upon departure which you viewed the same day with still no response. We wish we would’ve known about any issues during your stay so that our staff could resolve them quickly, allowing you to enjoy your well-deserved beach vacation. Next time, please call.

Mattresses and sofa sleepers are a matter personal and one size does not fit all. We would welcome another opportunity to host you and your family and earn a 5 star review from you.

Unfortunately, the parking pass fees are regulated by the HOA's that run the condo buildings themselves. There has been a good amount of staff turnovers at the front desks where you had to get your parking passes and we understand this can be a slow process at busy times. If this is the case on your next stay, you're more than welcome to go to the condo and return for your passes when the lines have shortened.
