All in one.

We had a great time we. Only stayed 2 nights but everything was within walking distance. I will say the parking directions were inaccurate the turtle parking garage is the correct one. Overall we had a great time.

The Wharf is the perfect location to stay if you are not concerned with being on the beach. Restaurants, shops, and bars are at your doorstep. This unit was very clean and nicely appointed. The mattress in the primary bedroom could have been better; it was extremely firm. There was wifi and Direct TV, but no smart TV's in the unit. Would have been nice to be able to login to our streaming services. Check in/out was very easy but the parking directions given were not correct. The parking for this unit is in the garage on the opposite side of the street from the ferris wheel. Overall, it was a great stay and would stay here again.

Very disappointing

Upon arrival we were givin thr wrong parking deck and had to search for the correct one. Our key got stuck in the door and it took hours for someone to come get it out and my husband had to miss my birthday dinner! The next day our lockbox didn’t work and I had to wait over 5 hours for someone to come get it and they confirmed it needed to be replaced. The condo was dirty feeling, especially the carpeted bedrooms. In my opinion, the pictures were deceiving. Poor communication all around was probably the most frustrating. It was also barely stocked for guests..we had to go out and purchase basic items like salt and pepper

Being at the Wharf I had high expectations, especially with a highly allergic child. This was the worst experience so far going to the beach. Not only was our room molded and mildewed beyond recognition but it was smelly to high heaven and my child is allergic to mold, mildew, just to name a few. My daughter’s allergies automatically engaged when we came into the musty condo! I rather stay on the beach for less than the wharf for more! Thank God I could get customer service to change us, which room was not much better but at least we didn’t have to take my child to the ER! There was also puke going down the inside bunkbed stairs that was dried, sooooo disgusting! You need better cleaning services, for sure! Me and my whole family have been dealing with allergy problems for 2 weeks now and this started it! Unacceptable!
