Will not be back.

To start, the VRBO ad was misleading and a flat out lie. There is no boat parking on this property unless you are an owner. This was the only reason we booked this place. Next, you have to pay for parking through an app. The parking was already pre paid in advance. The app wasn't user friendly as we had to get help through Vacassa help line. This parking fee was refunded. From there we had to go on the hunt for boat storage. This was time and money wasted. The old washer and dryer stained anything white you put in it. No ceiling fan in the bedroom. Broken vertical fan found in the closet. Made so much noise you couldn't use it. Wifi code didnt work. Gate code stopped working the second day we were there. We will not be returning to this property or Orange Beach. will be returning to Destin in the future. The best thing about this place was the public boat launch right next door.

Great place for a short getaway!

We stayed at this place over the long Labor Day weekend, and our family and I enjoyed it very much! The place is in a great location, literally crossing the street and you are in a great beach. Not far from restaurants and shops. The place is small but it has everything you need and it was very clean. It has kitchen utensils, washer and dryer and the people were very attentive and helpful, they even delivered a new coffee machine (the previous one didn't work) during the Labor Day weekend, and that was amazing and much appreciated! We'll definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Great anniversary trip

This was a much needed trip. I've had health issues dealing with chemo and other issues. My husband needed this trip as well. Everything was great restaurants, the beach room Everything was perfect. A much needed trip.
