Wonderful condo and vacation experience!

The property itself is beautiful and well maintained. The condo was perfect for 5 people. It had comfy bedding, nice new washer/dryer and appliances. Exquisite view from the balcony. The bedrooms and bathrooms are perfect. We have already discdiscussed another family vacation in this exact condo.

It’s nothing compared to the condo we stayed in at Gulf Shores for around the same price. It could definitely use more updating. For the money they charge you would think they could get new toilets, faucets and sinks. Left for dinner the first night we arrived only to come back to a flooded kitchen. The water line to the ice maker was laying on the floor behind the refrigerator just pouring out water. Contacted owners and maintenance only to be told they would come by the following day and check it out and deliver more towels. They delivered towels but the towels we surrounded the refrigerator with had not moved. Opened up the sofa bed the first night for additional bed and the sheets were dirty with what appeared to be food crumbs on it and trash underneath the pullout sofa. Water pressure is not good in the bathrooms or kitchen. Obviously had to buy ice the entire time we were there because we had to turn the ice maker off because they failed to come fix it properly. Could definitely use more amenities in the kitchen. Like a George Foreman or something so you can make burgers and so on. Also when you have seven people and try to cook for them there aren’t even big enough skillets to prepare a meal for seven. A couple of things on the bright side…the air conditioning works great and it was handy to have a code to get in the door.Overall, I would not stay again. I would choose to go back to Gulf Shores that has very updated and nicer facilities,free parking and more.
