Welcome to Phoenix V 1116, a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom beachfront condo offering a Gulf-front pool, pirate-themed splash pad, indoor pool and hot tub, direct beach access, tennis courts, and more. Located in Orange Beach, Alabama, this charming retreat is perfect for family vacations and coastal getaways.
**PLEASE NOTICE-The property is undergoing updates, including window and balcony door replacements as needed, exterior painting, and coating of balcony surfaces. The balcony will be closed from 03/05/2027-04/12/2027 during this time. **ALSO PLEASE NOTICE- Phoenix V – This is to inform everyone that the pool coping replacement project will begin on Monday, April 13th. The contractor will start by draining the pool on Monday in preparation for construction. The pool will remain closed for approximately 4 to 5 weeks during this work, with an anticipated reopening of May 25, 2026, weather and construction progress permitting. This project is necessary to address the deteriorated and cracked coping and to ensure the safety and long-term integrity of the pool area. We appreciate your patience and cooperation during this time. Updates will be provided as the project progresses. While the outdoor pool will be temporarily unavailable, the indoor pool and hot tubs are expected to remain open for guest use. Guests will not be without access to a pool during their stay.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with modern appliances, granite countertops, and all the essentials for home-cooked meals.
Dining Area: Table seating for four, plus breakfast bar seating for two.
Private Balcony: Gulf-front views with comfortable seating—ideal for morning coffee or sunset cocktails.
Parking: Available for up to 2 vehicles (must be purchased on site; not included in reservation cost).

BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:
• RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.
• NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.
• AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.
• CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.
• CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.
• MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.
• PARKING PASSES: 2 - The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.
• CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.
• WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.
• RATES: Rates subject to change up until time of booking. Additional fees and taxes may apply.
