The condo was very nice. Great location. The only fault I found was that there wasn’t any baking pans or pot holders in the kitchen. Everyelse was great. Will stay again.

Check in was stressful, as we had to stand in line to register each of our four vehicles and pay 55 per car to park. Upon arrival, we found a rental that was very cute but the floors had sand all over (we had not yet made it to the beach) and a pair of dirty socks (photo attached) had been left by a prior renter and not cleaned from under one of the beds. The kitchen is not well stocked nor organized. All of that said, the location is wonderful. If you can ignore a little dirtiness and perhaps some unwelcome surprises, this rental might be fine. For us, we’d have expected parking to have been included at this price point and would not rent again from Vacasa based on this alone.

Property and location were perfect. The view of ocean was just right, to where you could see the ocean but not the beach. Condo was very accommodating and will most likely try to book for our future trips.

Graet condo on the beach!!

We had a great time. Great family atmosphere. Sorry walk to the beach. Listing said first floor which was technically correct but didn't realize there was a lower ground floor. Pics looked like direct ground/ pool access. Just an FYI. Other than that everything was wonderful.

Good, but could be GREAT

Loved this condo, it was just really dirty. If you walk around with bare feet, the bottoms of your feet are black. There was so much sand in the bath rugs and living room rugs, we tried avoiding stepping on them. If it was clean it would be amazing.

Great beach location

Comfortable furniture inside and out. Seating for 6 at dining table. Loved having a 3rd bathroom. Management company was available as needed and had concerns when the wind was high one day. Nicely decorated.

Memorial Day weekend

We enjoyed our stay very much. The whole complex was super nice. Only negative is this was listed as a ground floor and it is from the parking lot but it’s one floor above the pool and beach access. Worked fine cause we still never had to use an elevator but you can’t walk out your door to the pool but you do have a better view of the beach. Lots of outdoor seating which was perfect cause we spent a lot of time on the balcony enjoying the view and weather. Pool had plenty of chairs which was great. I was worried this weekend would’ve been too crowded but there was plenty of room. Loved the racquetball court my husband and I had a great time playing

Best Thanks Giving EVER!

We all (ages 12- 72!) tremendously enjoyed our stay here, and would book again. I will tell you about the PROS and CONS for us, just in case it helps you out. PROS: Going into the condo, it is on Ground Floor Level and that was such a huge help not having to deal with stairs or elevators. It spoiled me and I never want to have to use an elevator again at a condo! Unloading/Loading the car was easy as well. The condo is built on a small bi-level hill, so when walking in, you are on the ground floor, but once inside the condo, the balcony is 1 floor up from the ground on the beach side, so you are a little off the ground on the balcony and another condo is below you. Easy access to the front door once you learn the best parking spot :) We enjoyed the dining room table and had many family meals there, including Thanks Giving! The kitchen was stocked with pots/pans and serving dishes ( I suggest you bring scissors, that was the only thing we really needed in the kitchen) . We thoroughly enjoyed the coffee maker as well since we don't have one at home. Oh, and the separate ice maker was a dream! The beach was an easy walk and the pool area was nice and relaxing. We went in November, so a bit chilly for the ocean, but the heated pool was great! CONS: Please, don't let these keep you from staying here, because as I said, we would stay again, this is just to help you know what we liked and disliked. The TV's in all the bedrooms are old and outdated. The only "smart" TV is in the living room and it was hard to work - with the weirdest remote we've ever used. (We also had to buy batteries for it). When I go on a trip, I expect the linens and bath towels to be better than what I have at home, but this was not the case. Don't go expecting luxury towels, they are worn out to point of some having holes in them. The bed linens were also old and dingy. (much like you'd expect from a cheap motel), and the bed pillows were super flat. (Thankfully we brought our own!). I know that white is hard to keep clean, but the guest room with the 2 Full size beds had white comforters that were in desperate need of being replaced, along with the bed skirts that had shoes prints all over them form dragging and being stepped on. Now, as I mentioned, this was a nice place, the location could not be beat, and we went to simply wind down and relax. This was not a fast past vacation for us, but a nice time of refreshing with family. I would go again in a heartbeat!

Amazing Mother’s Day Weekend!

Everything was so beautiful, exactly as advertised! An added bonus was the extra ice maker. The beds were so comfortable! We plan to stay again in the near future!

The only downfall was the neighbors below. Gosh! They were awful! They complained to security about us for no reason and caused a huge scene embarrassing us and causing humiliation.

Beware of VACASA

Let me start by saying we have stayed at Phoenix VI for the better part of 10 years. We love it there! And even in this instance, the condo itself is very nice and has some real nice amenities. We have already booked our condo for this complex next year and look forward to returning. Now the less than great part of our week there. When we went to use our washer and dryer two days after arrival, the washer wouldn't cycle and the dryer did not work at all. We also had no hair dryer and the bathtubs filled up with water and would not drain. Now, we have rented countless condos in our time in the Phoenix VI complex and understand things happen. So, I called the number on the fridge and emailed requesting support for the missing/broken items. In the week we were on property, we did not receive one call back or email back to address our concerns. I emailed again later in the week.... Still no response. We also had a pocket door come off the track, no response to that either until two hours after check out we get an email for a damage claim. I accept the responsibility for the door. My young son opened it too hard and it came off the track. But, be advised. While they are quick to reach out about a door off the tracks, they didn't care one bit about the damage to our materials caused by their dryer (WHEN I GOT IT OPERATIONAL), or the water not draining in the tub, or the no hair dryer. We have already booked our condo for next year in Phoenix VI. NOT WITH VACASA. But anything attached to VACASA, I would strongly advise against.

A great place to vacation!

We really enjoyed the property .. the location was perfect ! Loved being able to pull right up to the condo and walk right in! The view was great and the pool was such a blessing .. since hurricane Laura kept the ocean stirred up, too much so we couldn’t enjoy the beach. Thankful we had the pool !!

Condo needs an update

The condo was dirty. The outdoor furniture cushions were so dirty no one wanted to sit on them. The kitchen table so old, scratched and outdated you never felt it was clean. I contacted 5 times before we came without receiving even one response. The Vacasa app says there are hairdryers in bathrooms. There were none. Kitchen had probably 60 glasses and 8 forks. Baking sheets so old and dirty we had to cover with foil. We had to pay for parking passes yet we had to search for a parking place every time. We called the front desk 3 times with a question and no one ever answered.

Family beach trip

Overall very pleased with location, proximity to beach and pool. Living room/kitchen/dining was a little crammed. We thought being "ground level" meant being on pool level but that's actually the basement level.
