This Orange Beach condo rental is a corner unit at Regency Isle. The master suite features Gulf views from the large private balcony and views of Ole River from the North facing balcony. There is a King in the master suite with a garden tub and separate shower in the master bath. The second bedroom features a King-sized bed and the third bedroom has a Twin-Over-Queen bunk bed. Both guest bedrooms have a private bath and access to the North balcony.

The unit also features a flat-screen TV in the living room as well as in each bedroom. The living room also features a sofa sleeper. There is a wet-bar with a beverage cooler.

Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every comforter, and every pillow sham – EVERY TIME. Liquid Life has our commercial laundry care facility, which means all linens are washed in our high heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and to protect clean linens for every guest.

Our full-time professional cleaning crew utilizes EPA-approved chemicals to clean and disinfect before every visit, so you can rest assured that everything is perfectly disinfected. We also wash all linens in high-heat commercial washers and dryers to kill any germs and follow specialized processes to protect clean linens. As a final step, our professional inspectors follow our cleaning crew to ensure that every condo is clean and ready for your family and your guests to enjoy safely.

Regency Isle amenities include an outdoor pool, indoor heated pool, gazebo, grilling area, sauna, steam room, fitness center, and activity room with a TV and WiFi in every room.

PARKING PASSES
One parking pass comes with your Liquid Life reservation, and you can purchase a second pass. There is a maximum of 2 parking passes per unit, and you must show your reservation confirmation from Liquid Life Vacation Rentals when purchasing. The cost of parking passes is set by each association and is subject to change at any time without notice.

MONTHLY RENTALS
This unit allows monthly rentals in November, December, January, and February. To get the monthly rental rate, you must book your stay with our reservations team ator .
