Beach front condo

The condo was nicely remodeled and clean. We loved being able to sit on the balcony and enjoy the ocean view. Other than one plug in the bathroom not working and the balcony door didn't lock, everything else was just right. Thanks for a great stay!

Great view and good location

We had the best time, this condo is very nicely located in the center of Orange Beach, our unit was very clean and the decor was very nice.The view was amazing would stay there again. I would suggest a new matttess in the master bedroom it was a little lumpy, but we did not complian. Overall a great stay and condo. The management staff was helpful and easy through out booking, making changes to our dates and condo, check in and check out. Very nice vacation spot!

Great Getaway!

Super nice and updated condo. Very clean and spacious. It had everything we needed. Enjoyed the view and being on the 15th floor. Elevators were very fast and had no issues at all. Owners had great communication and made the check in/out process super easy. We enjoyed our visit and will definitely be back!

Fall Break 2024

Fantastic, glad we stayed over a week here. Only downfall is the elevators to the condo building, only 2 working the entire time. Get ready for crowded elevators and long wait times.

Everything was PERFECT!!!! Condo was clean and spacious!!! Has everything you need. Perfect view of the beach and ocean. I have saved the condo and room number for our next visit.

Nice accommodations, roomy. Super clean. Great ocean view! There were only 2 of us staying here. King size bed in main bedroom definitely needs to be replaced due to the worn mattress springs & bed too firm. The bed in 2nd bedroom downstairs was perfect! Entrance door needs an inside deadbolt lock. Sliding door to balcony in need of new rollers so not so difficult to open & close. Kitchen was well stocked. Nice appliances & there was a choice of TWO coffee makers-one for ground coffee & a Keurig. Decor of condo was beachy & appealing. A/C works great. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect beach weekend

The Phoenix VI was perfect for our family beach fix. Centrally located, great views and amenities, and very convenient beach access. Would stay here again for sure!

End of summer getaway

The property was exactly as pictured. Well equipped for a laidback beach vacation. A short elevator ride puts you steps away from beautiful white sand beachfront.
