Very small

Nice but no view except for parking lot. We were told that it included beach rental but it didn’t. Chairs everywhere else were priced anywhere from 30.00-65.00. It was clean.

Orange Beach Escape

Very clean condo. Close to the beach (don’t have to cross over main HWY). Nicely furnished with brand new sleeper couch. The complex is perfectly located in the middle of everything. The outdoor pools are super clean. Very relaxing stay here.

turnkey vacation Rental

This is the worst vacation rental experience. I don`t recommend any one to rent through Turnkey also I don`t recommend marriot Villas and vacation homes. this all due to turnkey. they are the worst customer oriented guys. their policies are not at all in favour of customer. they are all money sucking professionals. they dont even discuss with customer. there is no one at rental place to discuss with your issues. Unsafe

Upon arrival, we wanted to step out onto patio and noticed that the lock on glass door did not lock. We immediately contacted Turn Key and informed them of this situation. Turn Key stated that they would be there the following morning to fix the problem. We thanked them and hoped it would be a quick fix. The next day came and no call and NO FIX . Well now we feel like our safety is being compromised. Our condo is on ground floor , facing a parking lot with no lock on door . Just a stick in the door . WOW ! So disappointing. We called them a second time and they promised that they would resolve the issue. Once again, no call to follow up and no one came . Now I am at home . Called them twice yesterday and they said someone would get back with us . No return call. This looks like a pattern that Turn Key has ..? This will def play a part in where we stay next year. Great location but had some issues

At first sight the condo seemed to have been cleaned, upon further inspection the floors had not been swept or mopped. There were finger prints on various surfaces, the silverware was dirty, crumbs were found in the bed, the sink in the bathroom did not drain properly and it pooled, the clothes dryer did not work, there was broken glass under the pullout couch. There was also trash under the couch, whenever we sat on it you could hear the glass crunching. There was also glass on the floor next to the couch yet another sign that the floors were not cleaned. The pull out couch was slanted so the person sleeping would have had their head on a downward position. The bed for the pull out couch was dirty and there were no sheets in the sheets basket. Our guest had to sleep on the loveseat instead. We did not have trash bags or toilet paper upon arrival, so we had to go buy some at the grocery store. The window/door that goes outside to the patio did not lock. This is a dangerous feature that needs to be addressed since this condo is on the first floor and anyone could break in. There is a wooden stick that serves as the locking mechanism for the door. If the door is pulled with little force, it will come off its track and open. Overall we are very disappointed with the cleanliness of the condo. The Turnkey lady on the phone was not very sympathetic and was very short. There was also never mention of a $30 parking fee before arrival. The lady on the phone said it would be $25, but the guard charged $30. Once we returned from being there, the company contacted me to offer a small refund for our troubles. I would stay there again if they can get all of this under control. Great stay!

We had a great stay at this condo. A quick walk to the beach and easy to find. The condo came stocked with most everything we needed. The parking lot was a little noisy at night with people coming and going but that’s to be expected. Overall a great place to for a beach stay. Great location

Loved the location. The condo could use a few updates. L/R furniture is old and not very comfy. Mattress not very comfortable. Washer/dryer old but adequate. Dryer extremely slow in drying clothes.
