Beautiful unit

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful unit and a great location. The dryer takes forever to dry a load of clothes and there was a sign on front of the ice maker that it was permanately disabled. We expected an ice maker in our unit due to staying in different units in this condo in the past.

Spring Break March 2023

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great place to stay. Good location, very large and roomy and large balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico.The only thing that needed some attention was the kitchen. It needs to be restocked with new cookware,plates,glasses etc... Also the unit needed some extra blankets, there were none. However neither of these issues was a big deal and would not keep us from staying there again. We loved our stay there.

Wonderful property

This condo was exactly what was promised... Very clean with a beautiful view... Property management company was very responsive, Checking in and out was easy... Definitely did not want to leave and will return!!!!

Beautiful, comfortable, pay attention to details

Stayed for Thanksgiving getaway. 4 bedrooms and 4 baths were great. Construction was a pain. Told outdoor pool was only area of construction. They were working on balconies too. When the construction is finished by spring 2025, this place will be nice. Chairs in den were very comfortable. Owner or property manager needs to pay attention to details. Such as, sprayer is removed from kitchen sink but empty hole left in sink so water splashed around sink drains into cabinet, rollers are missing from dishwasher drawers so loading and unloading not easy, dryer is old, rusted and doesn’t dry clothes well. Other guests have been complaining about dryer for months. You would think it would be replaced by now. Balcony furniture was nice but metal parts are table have rusted through so legs fall off. Like I said, someone needs to pay attention to the little things. .

Great condo at a nice resort!

We were very pleased with this property! It was very clean and the unit more than suited our needs. I really enjoyed the large corner balcony and the extra balcony off the very spacious back bedroom. It's a great unit at a very nice property! The only negative for us was that you are only allowed two parking spaces with no option to purchase a third, and we had three cars. We were told by the security guard that there were no extra spaces available to pay extra for a third, but there were several vacant spaces during our entire 10-day stay. The property directs you to a company with a space for rent, which is a 15-minute drive away. So if you have a third vehicle to park, you have to drive someone 15 minutes away to get their car. Recommend for families with one or two cars, but don't recommend Admirals Quarters for friends who may have three or four cars.

Summer vacation 2024

This large unit was perfect for 4 adults and 3 kids. We enjoyed the views and the beautifully appointed condo. The dryer needs to be replaced. This condo isn’t inexpensive and it is expected that appliances should be in good working order.

Cozy place with a beautiful view!

We enjoyed coming here and staying. It was a nice place. Only bad thing i could say about it is the dryer needs replaced cause it did not dry clothes good at all. I would definitely use again and hope to rent again!

Our beds were comfortable, kitchen was spacious with plenty of utensils for all your needs. Unit was supplied well with ample supply of bathroom towels & bath cloths. Plenty of room for family visiting. Full size washer & dryer was so appreciated. Comforting to know we had 24 hour security on site. Could not have asked for a better place. Would highly recommend.

This was perfect size!

I initially asked if the drier was in good working order since some comments mentioned it was very slow to dry loads. Was assured by owner that the drier in unit was in good working shape. IT WAS NOT! It would take 1.5 hour to dry three pairs of jeans. We were there during some very high winds. Other than being asked to move balcony furniture to the corner of balcony via text we Did not receive any info regarding a safe place to go should a tornado materialize.

Pleasant Condo

The layout of this condo is outstanding, very roomy and everyone had privacy. The floors were very dirty, we had to go get a swiffer mop before we could walk in our barefeet or let the baby down on the floor. The beds could be made more comfortable by adding mattress toppers. The master bathroom tub had black dirt or mold coming out of the jets that made it unusable. There is only one working elevator in this complex and notices posted say it will be February 2024 before the other one is fixed, and per an owner then the one that is working will be taken out of commission and replaced. So it could be next summer before there are 2 working elevators. This made it terribly inconvenient during check in times and other peak times. People waited up to 45-60 minutes to get to their condo when checking in. There were plenty of carts available to load in and out. I wish I could say we would stay here again, but I'm not sure we will.

The layout of the condo was wonderful and spacious. However, the sofa is not comfortable nor the dining room chairs. Also, it would have been nice to have outdoor furniture on the other balcony for relaxing. We all loved the smaller condominium which gives that small town community feeling. All the employees on staff were super friendly and elevators were quick.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we were very happy with the condo. It was very clean and spacious. We loved the large balcony! We were a party of nine and enjoyed the ample seating and space. The kitchen was well stocked, the living room and bedrooms were large and each family had their own bathroom. The living room furniture was comfortable. Thanks to a large table, chairs and a bench we could all sit together for meals. As usual, there are a few things that could be improved. Lightbulbs burned out, shower door in master bath leaks, patio balcony door did not lock (children in our party were too small to open it so wasn't a huge concern to us). Despite these few things 901 is a wonderful condo. We understand that staffing is a problem wherever you stay these days and things can be overlooked/not checked due to being understaffed. 901 was very clean and that means the most to us. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it without hesitation.

Living in Paradise.

To our delight, the condo interior furnishings were just like the pictures on line. We were very happy with our rental with four bedrooms and four bathrooms. The view of the ocean from our balcony was fabulous. As a bonus, the 4th of July fireworks were right next door and a perfect view. We loved our stay.

There are so many wonderful places to eat, beautiful beach, close to Publix and beautiful views. Pat from the management company is excellent and prompt. The only downside is there needs to be some update done to the unit. The washer and dryer are old and need to be replaced. Several of the blinds need to be replaced. We play cards at night and the chairs around the dining table are very uncomfortable for long periods of time.

Found hair (lots) in kitchen sink, half used baby bottle under one of the beds and no one would answer published help phone numbers. Suggest finding a way to get three parking passes for a four bedroom condo. Wasted 4.5 hours of first day looking for somewhere to park a third car. Super frustrating to the point we will look for a new location in 2023. Went to off site location the documentation identified as a parking option but found no parking signs threading towing.
