Located on the 2nd floor of Phoenix VII, this charming 2-bedroom 2-bathroom condominium sleeps eight with a beautiful view of the Gulf.

·         Lovely living area includes queen sleeper sofa and large flat screen television

·         Granite countertops and white appliances in kitchen fully equipped for cooking enjoyment

·         Glass-topped dining area table seats six and breakfast bar seats two

·         King size bed and flat screen television in master bedroom

·         Master bathroom with beautiful granite vanity and combination shower and tub

·         Gorgeous Gulf front view from spacious balcony with seating

On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

For the comfort and safety of all guests, U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, and similar vehicles are not permitted on the property.

May getaway

Overall a good stay. Condo is old and outdated. Baths could use remodeling. Balcony very spacious but unable to use the space due to lack of privacy. If you move the chairs close to the railing neighbors on each side and above can see you. This set up was not for me and I will not stay here again.
