Great place to stay!

Great, comfortable condo in a great location

We really enjoyed our stay. It was a very comfortable, well-appointed condo in a complex with lots of fun things to do. Even though it was cold, we were able to enjoy the bar area and the great view from our patio! Highly recommend this place.

Wonderful Place

We loved the condo and all of the amenities provided in the kitchen. They even had a crock pot. It was clean, spacious, and fit our whole family nicely. We would definitely choose this property again and recommend it to friends.

Great winter staycation!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second extended stay at this wonderful property and already booked for next year. This unit is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. January and February weather isn't always great for beach activities, but you still have plenty of opportunities to enjoy the beach. The Gulf State Park is very close and offers fantastic walking and biking with approximately 26 miles of trails. Restaurants and shops are all in close proximity to the condo building. Simpson Properties Group have been wonderful to deal with and are quick to respond if a problem comes up. I highly recommend Phoenix West II unit 704.

I would highly recommend staying here. The location was perfect. Lots to do between the ocean and the pools. The property was clean. The property manager responded promptly to the messages that I sent. And having keyless entry really made things seamless.

Love The Oasis

We have stayed at this condo in different units numerous times. This is our favorite condo and we plan on staying many times in the future. The management for this unit was very responsive. Overall a great place and we will rent this unit again.

Great overall!

The listing/email stated the room comes with 2 parking spots, so it felt a little misleading. Considering the price, it should include the parking passes, but it does not include the $60 each for parking passes. The cleanliness was fine overall but the floors left our feet black and our socks stained from unmopped floors. Overall, the stay was nice and we enjoyed our time!

We enjoyed our stay. Everybody had black feet walking on the tiles and other floors. Apparently it had not been mopped. The tubs and showers had black stains and I am sure sheets had the same black stain because I had my grandchildren. Maybe you should consider another cleaning service.

A well equipped kitchen, comfortable furniture and beds and fantastic views. If you are considering a winter getaway Simpson Properties Group are great to work with, they have a large inventory of units to pick from, but not this one because I'm coming back in January 2024.

This beautiful unit comes equipped with most everything you would need regardless of the length of your stay. The Orange Beach/Gulf Shores area has an abundance great restaurants. We are repeat with Simpson Properties and hope to continue the relationship well into the future. They are very responsive to any problems or questions that come up during your stay.

Great vacation

I am very picky about where I stay. Cleanliness and space is very important! The space was perfect for my family of 7. It was so clean. The kitchen was equipped for cooking big meals if needed. One thing we loved was how convenient it was. No waiting forever for elevators and parking was right on the floor. Also, very easy beach access! We hope to be back!

Everything was great, love the location with parking on the same floor, kitchen very well stocked, plenty of space for 6 adults and 2 small children. Balcony was very nice, the lazy river, the splash pad an the pools for the grands and of course the beach were awesome! Only negatives were out of your control... man on balcony on 6th floor was smoking on his balcony and smoke came up and over to us. And a dirty washcloth was left on shower nozzle in first bedroom /bathroom to the right, just an over sight and not a problem for us. Would definitely stay there again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Open arrival we found the toilet broken. The porcelain was broken and water was leaking. Toilet paper roll was broken and also the the 2 queen beds were missing leg support for the cross beams! Texted and phoned numerous times, no reply. Toilet replace. On our last day!! Just in time for the next quest!! Bed was fixed 4 days into our trip!! Toilet paper roll was never fixed!! For the money charged for this room I was VERY disappointed!!
