Beautifully accented 3 BR condo with 3.5 baths, and a hot tub on the balcony led to a very relaxed getaway from the constant routine of home responsibilities. We loved the cleanliness and quiet throughout! We hope to come back next year

Fantastic condo on the beach!

Had a great time for our spring break on Orange Beach! This condo is top notch. Three huge rooms, all with king beds! Just steps from the beach and a quick drive to all other stores in case you need/forget items! Would definitely come back!

The stay was good but they need to clean some things! The shower curtain has mold on it and also the jets have mold in them in that same tub! Also the bedroom with the couch and shower, that bed is hard as a rock!!!

Turquoise place a very fun place to vacation! The beach beautiful! The condo had a wonderful views of the beach and sunrise. The condo was clean and very spacious. The master bed was a little too firm! We wished to furniture would have been a little more comfortable though. Overall it was a beautiful place! Thank you for a great place to stay for vacation!

Best condo ever!

We loved everything about the condo! The only small issue was the hot tube didn't actually get hot. The water would just get warm. Other than that... it was perfect!

Our location allowed us right and left hand turns, with ease, which lead us to fantastic restaurants, shopping and site seeing. A hike through Gulf Shores State Park is a must. Walks on the beach, staring into the waves of the Gulf, and resting on a beautiful balcony brings peace to the soul.

Winter Getaway - OOPS

This is a beautiful property. We were able to watch the dolphins every morning; the kids were sooo excited and there was plenty of room for everyone. Only downer was the inoperable hot tubs (both large shared tubs and individual unit patio tubs) due to a bacteria issue. We could deal with this because the indoor heated pools were open; however, they were not heated. We made the best of it using the dry and wet saunas! Our family has stayed at Tuquoise Place many times and we would definitely recommend. Their staff is very professional and very accommodating to their guests!

Needs some improvement.

The property was very nice but the bed the the master bedroom squeaked awfully. Management had some one come fix it but don't know how anyone was able to stay there before. The instructions on how to use the TV are awful. Impossible to use. Also no hairdryers in the whole condo. Shower in master bath not usable.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Decided we needed a short winter beach fix. Orange Beach is a short drive from the New Orleans area so decided to go there. First time staying at Turquoise Place. Condo complex is extremely nice. It has many amenities; indoor parking, indoor pool, hot tub, gym, sauna, tennis courts, etc. Be aware that beach service and restaurant are not available during the off season. The condo we stayed in was very well appointed and clean. Great floor plan and view from the 7th floor. Hot tub and grill on balcony! The only drawback was there were not many wine glasses. (Replenishing of them would be great)! Reservation through VRBO and Simpson Properties went very smooth. Would highly recommend and stay there again!

Beautiful Condo, Horrible property management

There were 7 of us staying and were there for my daughter’s wedding. We arrived 10/5 and the place is perfect!! Beautiful, clean a comfortable. Right away we started having problems with the unit, some small and fixed in a timely manner. Others bigger and needed to call Beach Ball property management several times to get resolved even after requesting to be kept in the loop as to resolution communication no follow up on their part. Still had to call several times. One issues was never resolved. When I landed in my home state I called to complain about their less than par performance I talked to management and was essentially called a liar and told that if I gave them a poor review they would dispute all of it and then he hung up on me. I feel bad for the owners of this beautiful unit because beachball does not have the owners or gusts best interest at heart. Hey beachball remember who pays you.

5th Wedding Anniversary Trip

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nicest place we have stayed yet! Everything was clean and kitchen was stocked better than any other condo we have previously stayed in! Absolutely loved the huge balcony with hot tub and grill - we used both multiple times! The master shower is amazing as well, with multiple body sprays, and huge Jacuzzi bath in master, and normal size Jacuzzi bath in one additional bath as well. We definitely felt spoiled!This location is AMAZING for dolphin viewing - we saw groups multiple times each day, both from our balcony, as well as on the beach! Only small issue was when we arrived, there were no hangers in any closet. We contacted the rental company and they brought some the same day we notified them, said they often get stolen unfortunately. Wine fridge still appears to be broken but wasn't a big deal to us.We definitely plan on going back! Absolutely recommend!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 2nd time at Turquoise Place. Loved these condos. Checking was easy and quick. The condo was fantastic. The only BAD part was the last night. The new hot tub was installed while we were there so the last night was the only time we were able to use it but was told ahead of time we may not have the hot tub so we were excited. They hot tub was overfilled so when us 3 older ladies got in the water poured over the side. So water on our balcony and the one below. The lady below yelled at us and called the police (NOT security but the police). After only being in the hot tub an hour or less we got tired of her yet and go out. The police and security came beating on the door. We showed them the hot tub and the security guy said it's over filled. We were very upset about that. So glad they had just checked in our last night and we didn't have to put up with the yelling the entire time.
