This totally rebuilt ground-floor three bedroom is perfect for a family with kids. It has one king-size and three queen-size beds with NEW pillow top mattresses. There is a large pool with plenty of lounge chairs with a separate kiddie pool nearby. It also has an outdoor restroom for your convenience.

This is a true ground-floor unit. No need to use stairs or elevator, no need to walk all the way around the building. Just walk right out your 20 feet of sliding glass doors and jump in the pool, walk on the beach, or lay in the warm Alabama sun.

Pelican Pointe resort is one of the most popular places on the beach. Full-time security and gated entrance will give you the safe-and-sound feeling of home. Staying at this place is one of the reasons you go to work.

Your outside deck on the ground floor is the entire front yard. You really will not believe it until you see it.

Community charcoal grills are on the property and available on a first come basis, but because of fire codes, charcoal and gas grills are not allowed on the decks.

There is a parking fee of $50 per car for the length of your stay. There is a 2 car maximum for each unit. The parking fee will be paid to the guard at the gate upon arrival.

The condo association provides free, unsecured Wireless Internet service. It’s listed as HC Pelican Pointe, no password required. This service has been reliable and trouble free, but you have to know how to operate your wireless computer, no support is provided.
