Come see why this 4th Floor Phoenix Orange Beach II condo is the best for your family!



Our condo is perfectly situated on the 4th floor directly overlooking the Lazy River at Phoenix Orange Beach II with incredible panoramic views of the Gulf!! Avoid the elevators and park on the same floor as the condo!! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the Living room and Master bedroom. With over 1,750 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!!



Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Orange Beach II condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with beverage cooler, 65” flat screen SMART TV in living room and a flat screen 55" SMART TV in the master, and a 55" Smart TV in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the Master and two Queen beds in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms, for sleeping up to 10.



There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide which connects to a lazy river, large splash pad, heated in-door swimming pool, a large Jacuzzi, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf.



There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.



Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix Orange Beach II with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations. Parking: Parking passes are a one time fee of $65 plus tax per vehicle. You will receive an email prior to your arrival to purchase the passes and will then be picked up at the front desk upon arrival. Any 3br unit you rent at Phoenix Orange Beach II guarantees you can purchase up to TWO parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

Of all of the condos we have stayed at in OB, this was our favorite! The location is perfect. We couldnt have asked for more! Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for evenings that we wanted to stay in and cook. Beds were extremely comfy! We enjoyed the lazy river just about every day we stayed! Jil was quick to communicate! We definitely will return here :)

This place was in a great location and beautiful view, but I was taken back because it looked like it had not been cleaned prior to our arrival. The first thing I had to do was sweep as there was sand all over the floors and food crumbs all over the carpet area. The countertops were sticky as if someone had just eaten. I did contact the leasing agency to let them know and they offered to come clean again, but we had already arrived after a long flight, and I had already swept. Later that evening as we were starting to cook, I noticed all of the silverware was dirty, the forks/knives were not clean. I ended up having to wash the utensils and plates/cups before we ate.For as much as we paid, the place should have been very clean. I will also say that this is not the place to go if you are flying in. All VRBO's I have stayed, came with some basic supplies--I had nothing to clean with, so I had to go buy supplies. There was nothing in the kitchen like foil, baggies, spices, garbage bags, kitchen soap, etc. This has been the norm on all places I have stayed, but nothing here. I would also suggest that they invest in new sheets. Our sheets were discolored. I would not rent this place again.

Beautiful Property

So many positives to this property: nice size, soft comfortable beds, clean, convenient location, beautiful view, beach by it is amazing, lazy river is so fun, nice heated indoor pool. I loved that the unit also had an ice maker and was on the 4th floor. Property owner is very responsive and helpful. Can’t wait to stay again!

Family fun

We stayed for my husband’s birthday with 7 adults and 3 kids. Everyone had a bed to sleep in and there was plenty of room for all. The kids loved the slide and lazy river. The beach is very close and accessible. We went at the end of August which made the stay especially pleasant since the building was mostly empty.

Fun for all

This was my family’s first trip to Orange Beach. We had an exceptionally great time. Our condo was beautiful and over looked the pool and lazy river. The beach was wonderful and we totally enjoyed our stay. There are many things to do and wonderful places to eat. We really enjoyed the Wharf. We also took a dolphin cruise that was wonderful. I highly recommend visiting this beautiful and relaxing beach and surroundings!

Great vacation!

This is a great condo! Super clean, comfortable beds, stocked kitchen and a great view of the ocean! We loved the 4th floor. Super easy access to the parking garage and the elevators were always very fast for getting down the the ground floor. The condo was perfect for our family of 6, but could have slept more if needed. We loved the easy beach access and the lazy river, water slide and pool area was great. Would highly recommend this condo and we hope to return again!
