This was our second time staying on prperty because we loved it the first time. We had a fantastic time in a property that exceeds expectations. Best part is the property makes sure that guests aren't ruining other guests' vacation by being unruly or overly loud. 10/10

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was very nice. The view was great. But the condo needs some new bedding sheets bath towels bed pillows a few decent dish towels etc.

We loved the location and the ability to walk to/from the beach at our leisure. Condo was clean and well cared for with lots of room for our family of 4. Only gripe was with the beds in bedroom 3. Both bed frames were very flimsy and were very loud even with slight movements. Probably an easy fix for the future. Would come back!

The condo was well kept however it listed one of the bedrooms having 2 queen beds which was really double beds. The kitchen needed a bigger fry pan since the one there was all burnt. Other than that a real nice place to stay. Would come back.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon paying $5k plus for this condo for a week, we were greeted with having solid black feet the entire stay. The floors were filthy. We called to complain, they sent up a foreign girl (speaks no english) with one spray bottle with just a few ounces of purple cleaner in it and a swiffer duster mop. Needless to say, whatever she ended up using didn't work. I personally ruined 10 pairs of socks from how black they needed up being from dirt. Next, the beds in two bedrooms were about to fall apart. You couldn't sleep in them from all the squeaking/cracking if you moved an inch. Lastly, we were very excited to have a separate ice maker from the fridge but found very quickly that it was literally full of the worst mold you've ever seen. The rental company should be so ashamed! The owners should be even more ashamed. We were very disappointed and will never be back.

Only complaint we had is the floors were not very clean and toilet paper was awful with no refills. Make sure to bring your own paper products and trash bags. And walk around with your shoes on.

This property has a wonderful view. It is close to some great restaurants and interesting attractions. However, the beds are not comfortable at all. The kitchen is barely stocked with really cheap appliances, cheap plates and utensils, and we brought our own pan to cook in based on prior reviews. The floor is really dirty and the linens are just so so - think Sams club. We got this on an off week and didn't pay a premium price - but still roughly 1.5 times more than other available properties. Oh and the a/c and or water heater makes this really loud ringing sound several times during the day and night. The view is superb but don't expect luxury accommodations.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a beautiful place. The beds are comfy, plenty of seating for 12 people for dinner, lots of dishes. My only complaint is the quality of the kitchen items. The appliances are obviously not top of the line (crazy for a $2M unit). The dishwasher top rack constantly fell out or got stuck. The oven drawer fell out all the time. The pots and pans are terrible. If you plan on cooking I strongly urge you to consider packing your favorite pans because these are trash. Even using butter and oil everything stuck and washing them was impossible. Also, the towel situation is weird. I didn't count but it definitely felt like there weren't 12 bath towels. We had 10 people and everyone was always looking for a towel! Also 1 kitchen towel! For $7k per week you'd think you'd get a little better/more equipment. I will say when I called to say the toaster was shooting sparks and we had a shortage of kitchen tools, Clark brought a new toaster and some tools that same afternoon so A+ for service!
