Reviewer Comments: It checked all the boxes... private bathrooms for each bedroom (plus an extra), gorgeous views and short walk to the beach, spacious, functional (we were even able to fit a large playpen for our little one in the large bedroom, large balcony, kitchen, laundry room, nice decor, etc. Everyone said “wow” when we opened the door. The location was also nice... not overly crowded despite being a holiday weeked. the indoor pool was nice, same with the outdoor family pool and the adult only pool with a bar. overall 10/10!

Family Vacation 2024

This is the first time our family had stayed in Orange Beach for vacation. We absolutely LOVED the Oasis and the condo we stayed in! Everything you could possibly need was right at our fingertips! There was so much to do at the Oasis, that our family of 9 was never bored! The beach area was wonderful! The bar area & the adult only pool was a huge plus! The massive indoor pool & the hot tubs were phenomena! The fitness center had so much to offer for our sons who worked out everyday. They also spent hours playing basketball & pickleball. But mine & my husband's favorite spot was definitely the lazy river! It was perfect place to lay back & relax in the water, but it also had a huge covered area, where we could keep our 4 month old grandson protected from the sun. So many wonderful memories were made! We will for sure be back next summer!

Reviewer Comments: Most everything was as described, however the barstools in the kitchen area was borderline dangerous they were very wobbly, the mattress’s could have been more comfortable, they had indentations on each side and a hump in the middle, the knives, forks, and spoons were sparse. Some of the dishes had to be recleaned. The towels and linens were great. Would recommend if these issues were corrected.

Beautiful location and awesome stay

We loved this location and all the amenities this condo came with. Bedrooms were beautiful and comfortable. But having a splash pad fenced in with little ones is a 20/10. Lazy river and pool were nice also. Just so much to do here. I love that they have a quiet time starting at 10pm and act upon it. Very secure location as well. We have found our new spot for years to come!

We had an appliance issue during our stay (it happens), but the owner was very responsive and addressed the issue as quickly as possible. Great views of the sunrise and beach!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our room was absolutely amazing! We parked on the 10th floor and it was just a few steps to the front door of the condo. Once you opened that front door it was absolutely beautiful. The description was perfect with what was described on the web site. We spent alot of time on the balcony and it was just so peaceful and relaxing. The condo was very clean and well-maintained no issues at all for us. I would highly recommend this property to anyone and I would definitely stay here again. We packed alot of games to play but, the one thing they didn't tell us was we could go to the front desk and check out games and return them such as board games, basketballs, ping pong paddles and balls the list goes on and on. So much to do here!! The lazy river and pool was so relaxing and wonderful to enjoy. We ate at several different restaurants in the area but, I would definitely recommend Lamberts (Foley, AL) and Big Mikes Steakhouse you must arrive early for the steakhouse because they get very busy. I would definitely do a Tiki Cruise and a Cetacean Dolphin Cruise make sure you are on the catamaran in the front of the boat staff was very friendly and helpful if you had any questions. So relaxing and beautiful.

Reviewer Comments: I've been coming to the Orange Beach area every fall for nearly 20 years, and I can honestly say this is by far the nicest unit I have ever stayed in! The unit is exactly as pictured in the images. From the calming, homey decor, to the comfortable beds, it was all wonderful. The living/kitchen area was spacious and open with tons of natural light from the floor to ceiling windows, and the bedrooms were all very roomy with good sized bathrooms attached. The location is convenient (an easy drive) to grocery stores and restaurants, and the distance from the unit to the beach is quick and easy. The very large balcony is ideal for oceanside morning coffee and meals with the family. It has a clear view of sunrise and a partial view of sunset. The kitchen had everything we needed, and we ended up having almost all our meals conveniently in the unit. The fact that each room had its own bathroom was ideal for our family, as well. There is plenty of parking on the same level as the condo, which made unloading and loading very convenient and fast, though the drive through the parking garage can be tedious (lots and lots of tight turns). Plenty of elevators made the wait minimal when heading down to the beach, and the front lobby was beautiful. Overall, this is a beautiful condo, and I would highly recommend staying here. We will definitely be booking it again for next fall. 10/10!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was the perfect place for 4 adults and 6 children ages 2 thru 12. Very spacious condo. The reason for 3 stars on cleaning is the counters in kitchen were very dirty but nothing a Lysol wipe couldn’t fix. Master bathroom still had sand on floor and counter. One of the king size beds had sand also on the clean sheets 🤷‍♀️ The rug in living room needs to be removed it has an odor to it. Last thing I will mention is elevators are overloaded. If you not use to staying in high rise this is not for you. Lazy River and slide is great for all ages. The kids had a blast!! I would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a great family vacation!

Overall it was great.

The only negative I have is there was unfortunately a leak from a condo above us. The Mitigation crew did what they were told to do but with us having a baby and toddler in the room it made it extremely difficult to sleep with the fans and Dehumidifier running 24/7. The leak was from a toilet as so the hall bathroom order was very bad. We could not use the bathroom for showers, it made doing laundry very difficult, and it was right by the kitchen which was very unpleasant as well.

Condo was not clean when we got there. Has to sweep sand from everywhere.

Poor. Unclean condo, furniture was damaged and broken. Paying for parking when that should be a part of the cost. And there are no alternatives to choose from if you do not pay to park. Paying for beach service is a joke. As anyone can sit tents, chairs or whatever in front of you and nothing can be done to stop them.
