Great place!

We enjoyed our stay at Phoenix V. Our 3rd floor condo had an amazing balcony that had open access for the wife who loves the sun and shade for me who can’t handle the sun.

Great condo, wonderful beach. Really a nice place to stay. Maintanance needs to alighn the doors outside in the hall they bang a lot. We will be back.

We were celebrating my grandson's 17th birthday. Myself and my granddaughter stayed in this room while my other family stayed on the 1st and 10th floors. We all had a great experience!!!

Stayed here before. Nice facility and convenient but away from hub bib of other areas.

Nice place. Nice decor. Came with certain supplies; I.e., there was no salt and pepper, not even one coffee filter and a chintzy blanket. Other than that, it was great. Nice decor.

Loved oversized balcony & view. No TP and terrible coffee maker.Building needs MORE elevators. Spash area for kids needs lighting.

Our little ones first time to the ocean!

This condo was perfect for our family! Loved that the balcony had access to the sun while the little one napped. The “covers” on the bed weren’t quite as fluffy and inviting as we are used to but the bed slept very well. We appreciated the jump start on all“necessities” but salt and pepper would be nice. The shower head could use some updating. Other than a few minor updates, everything was nice and cozy.
