Awesome Family Trip

Absolutely loved our stay at Sugar Beach! It was super affordable without sacrificing quality. The condo was clean, comfy, and had everything we needed. The pools were amazing — clean, spacious, and perfect for both kids and adults. And the beach? It was beaching — steps away, soft sand, and gorgeous views. Already dreaming about our next trip back!

The property is located just steps from the white sandy beach. Plenty of pools to choose from when you are done swimming in it beach. Excellent location and friendly staff.

Perfect for the family!

This is an older place, but definitely perfect for what we needed. Water pressure was great! Space was perfect for our family of 4. The multiple pools worked out great even on the days the beach waters were too rough. It’s in a great area that wasn’t busy. There was some flooding from the rain we received, but they resolved that! Would definitely stay again.

Sugar beach 230

Sugar beach is an old condominium that is not very well kept. Needs lots of updating and repairs. The furniture is old and worn. The master bed has sunken holes. There is extra pillows in the closet but no pillow covers. There was only four forks and one butter knife to use. We didn’t use the master shower, gross. Found roach on day 5 of our six day stay, came crawling out of dishwasher across counter as I was preparing food, gross. Second roach on day 6 in master bathroom. There is dust everywhere above five foot high. There was two open safety pins in master room (found on different days). Housekeeping does not sweep. There is a dead bug squished on the wall in the kitchen. If I could attach pictures I would. Also had to go pick up keys and return keys when leaving to the realty office, not very convenient like a keypad entry would be.
