Decent stay

Horrible check in experience. We checked in online per their request and never received door code. They absolutely won’t let you check in early and avoided all contact. Had to go to neighboring building an hour after promised checkin to get door code and “check in” - sold us another parking pass when one was already in our room. Sinks stopped up and toilet broken. Not used to things not running more smoothly.

Non-Smokers Beware

This condo has nice furnishings and decorations. Spectacular view from the balcony! The condo was very clean. It has one main problem. The management allows smoking on the buildings' balconies. This was not clearly stated, and we specifically rented a non-smoking unit. Despite perfect weather we could not sit on our balcony due to heavy smokers on the balconies adjacent to us. Do not stay in Phoenix East II if you cannot tolerate cigarette smoke. The rating would have been higher if these smokers had not limited our being able to sit on our own balcony.

Last minute beach trip

Last minute trip, literally booked the night before we left for beach. Very nice facility, some areas closed due to Covid (indoor pool, workout space). Easy check in and easy access to beach. Very enjoyable stay!
