Great Place

The condo was in the perfect location for the music festival we attended. It was big enough for the two of us. The balcony and the view was awesome. Just steps from the beach. You can't get any better than that.

The property is very nice and looked as advertised. The deck area was huge amd we really enjoyed that. We loved the piol area and the hot tub. The location is wonderful; central to the places we wanted to go. Great food very close. It was a great time!

We brought our grandson who is starting kindergarten this year. The condo was all it said it would be. Washer and dryer is a plus in my book. The balcony was huge and I loved sitting out on the balcony drinking coffee and reading my Bible. The beach was great and the pool was wonderful. Loved our plane and hope to come back next year

Last minute end of season vacation

The pictures on line are exactly like the unit (same furniture and furnishings). Only a few things that will help others to know would be...wear house shoes or socks in the unit, the dryer took 120 mins to dry 1 regular load of laundry and 90 mins to dry 2 beach towels. We decided to stay an extra day on a whim and paid for it on the way down. When we left for the beach and returned the code to the lock had been changed because we added an extra day and had to go to the front office to get that sorted. That would have been helpful to know that on the front end. Over all it was perfect for 2 adults spending most of the time at the beach. The balcony was nice. 2 loungers and a table and 4 chairs to eat outside.

Had a great stay! The condo was nice, balcony was big and plenty big to drink coffee in the mornings and sit outside at night to listen to the waves, I proposed to my Fiancé Sunday evening so we will never forget the location and the stay at Phoenix. We will be back!
