Beautiful View in Orange Beach

This condo was beautiful and very clean. It had all of the items needed in the kitchen and in the bathrooms. The view from the balcony was beautiful! Loved watching the sunset and all the boats coming and going. The bunk room is located in the master closet which was a little awkward for us with teenagers having to walk through the master bedroom while we were trying to sleep, but would be perfect for little kids who go to bed earlier than their parents. Overall a great stay!!

We really enjoyed our stay at this one-bedroom condo in Orange Beach, Florida. The location is fantastic—just a short walk to Florabama and easy access to the beach. While the unit doesn’t face the beach, the bay view was still very peaceful and enjoyable, especially in the mornings. The condo itself was clean and comfortable, though the furniture could use a bit of updating. That said, everything worked well and we had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Would definitely consider staying here again for the location and convenience!

Short Getaway

We came for a quick getaway to the beach and truly enjoyed ourselves. The condo was just like the pictures. We did have issues with the TV not signing in, but gave that up for the board games. Overall it was relaxing and fun!

We think this is the fifth time we have stayed at the lovely condo. It is very spacious, very clean, perfect balcony overlooking the bay, beautiful sunsets and huge master bath. The mattress in the master is very comfortable. The bunk has double mattress on bottom and twin on top. It’s a short walk to Florabamma! Big Earl is a must go see/hear. Also good music! We have this condo reserved for next week for sleepover vacation with the grands. After many years of vacationing at the beach, we have found our perfect stay.

From information . Checkin, stay and check out, graciousness is defined . Ample space, light filled, clean as can be. The most comfortable mattress ever. Please replace the living room remote, it is so worn out it takes forever to input. We used our c”laptop instead, glad we brought it with us. We notice we are right under the ball court, not too noisy, this could have been mentioned. Busy street, but 11 floors up, no big deal.. the location is a lovely beach community where rest is possible.

My wife and I found Phoenix IX to be a wonderful place to stay - the building's amenities were top-notch. The outdoor pool and sandy beach couldn't be beat on sunny days; the indoor pool, hot tub, and tennis courts were nice options while it was chilly in the morning, or on rainy days. This unit in particular was immaculately clean and very tastefully decorated with comfortable furnishings. The master suite was especially nice. We didn't travel with kids but the added bunk room would be perfect for younger children. The views from the balcony were very nice despite not being on the gulf side of the building, and the outdoor space was perfect for drinking coffee in the morning or winding down at night. If you're REALLY sensitive to noise you should be aware that this unit is directly below the indoor tennis courts, and there is some traffic noise from the busy road below when the sliding doors in the bedroom and living room are open. Since we were traveling while it was relatively cool at night we had to get accustom to the noise outside if we wanted to sleep with the doors open. With the doors closed you can't hear the road noise at all. The noise from the tennis court is very subtle, but it took us a couple days of thinking there were some active kids running around above us before we realized it was in fact the tennis court. This was our first time traveling to Orange Beach and overall we were impressed. Unfortunately, the area is not very walkable and there aren't a ton of dining options nearby so a car is really a necessity. It would be nice if the building offered recycling - it pained us to throw away so much refuse while on vacation. We ended up taking a couple bags of clean recycling home since we had a little extra room in the car. We look forward to traveling to Orange Beach and Phoenix IX again next year!

Orange Beach Phoenix IX

Very nice property. All amenities were as stated. Laundry was very helpful and kitchen was very nice. Very comfortable bed and great view of the inner bay. They took very good care of us here and were very attentive and answered immediately when we were locked out of our room due to our error. Only drawback was our specific room was directly under the indoor tennis court so we were unable to sleep in when we wanted. Other than that it was great. Would highly recommend.
