Several of the dishes that we used were not clean. Silverware had dried on food on it. Cookie sheet had burned food on it.

Not Property Mmgt top priority

Brett Robinson charges an additional $55.00/parking pass. Unit wasn't ready until 5:35pm, still being cleaned. Deadbolt did not lock, front bathroom toilet didn't work & door know fell off master bathroom door. B.R. showed up to fix but couldn't fix the deadbolt. The condos managed by B.R. are more of a priority. When I checked in the lady said "oh, you booked through a third party". Okay...
