Winter Getaway

We had a beautiful view and condo for our yearly school friends winter getaway. We can always count on the Phoenix buildings to have well maintained condos.

Family Beach Trip! ⛱

Everything was great at the codo. Had one question for them and they were very prompt in answering, very helpful! Plenty of space for our family. The view was spectacular!

Property was very nice. Host at service desk couldn’t figure out how to process parking pass. I paid for it based on her ability to process payment. She couldn’t print parking pass so she said just stick receipt in window of car. Next day I get a ticket from guard. Went back down had to due process over spent almost and hour just to get a parking pass.
