PW-1808 In need of cleaning

My family has enjoyed PW several times since opening. This is our first stay in unit 1808. Everything appears as expected until you take a closer look. The living area carpet and area rug are in dire need of replacement; the area rug is so dirty we rolled it up and put it out of the way. After vacuuming the carpet, we used a spare flat sheet to cover the carpet before allowing our children to play in the floor. We also used a sheet to cover the couch. The coffee table and side tables are unstable. The bedroom with double beds has a thick layer of dust all along the wall behind the head boards and on the bedside table and lamp. All of this is very disappointing and a poor reflection upon the entire property. The condition of this unit falls short of our prior experiences and expectations for this property.
