  • Notice: Parking is limited to 2 vehicles except major holidays when only 1 is allowed. This condo is managed by Pam Martin, Realtor, Keller Williams at Orange Beach, AL.



    Four Seasons 703W, a newly renovated 3 bedroom/3 bath condo, is located on the 7th floor and has and an "expansive" incredible view of the Gulf of Mexico, a sandy white beach and a 704 foot private fishing pier from the living room, dining room, kitchen & master bedroom! The property amenities include a private pier that rivals any state pier in our area, beach side pool, indoor pool, fitness center, sauna and lounge room, short boardwalk to the beach with a shower and full time security staff. The elevators and lobby are freshly painted and very clean!



    You will feel right at home with the granite counters, new furnishings, fresh paint, jetted master tub and walk-in shower, windows, and a full size washer and dryer. The living room, master bedroom and queen guest room have large sliding glass doors leading to the balcony. Each bedroom adjoins a full bath. The kitchen has full size appliances, including a dishwasher. It is stocked with utensils, dishes and cookware, coffee pot, toaster oven, hand mixer, can opener and more! Bring the food paper and plastic goods or just dine out! There are plenty of options close by!



    Bring your beach towels and chairs or see the beach attendant for lounger rentals. There is a modest supply of bath and kitchen linens are in the condo, you may bring more. The utility room adjoins the kitchen and has a full size washer and a full size washer, plus an iron, ironing board. You may need extra detergent.



    Book this condo and have a great time, inside and out of the condo. Orange Beach has lots to offer to keep everyone happy and busy. The beach is beautiful and has wonderful sugar white sand. The pier is a great place to fish or just enjoy the scenery, it also serves as a shade to take a break from the sun. So, no need to pack a tent, but bring your fishing gear!

Family Beach Trip

Right on the beach with access to two swimming pools. Also centrally located to entertainment, restaurants, and shopping. We had enough room for the whole family in the condo.

Great location

5 adults stayed with plenty of space! Great location, wonderful view from the large balcony. Condo was clean and key was easy to access. Master bed was comfy! Would stay again!

Relaxing Vacation

Host was very responsive and helpful. The property was clean and had everything we needed and more. There are beach chairs, umbrellas and toys at the property as well as some games. We would definitely stay here again!

Great quiet location on the beach

This is our third year in a row visiting this building for a week in the summer. It is our first time in 703W, having stayed in a different unit twice before. The unit is very spacious and well appointed. It is very quiet being up on the seventh floor. We are a party of six, four adults and two children. There is plenty of room for everybody. The kitchen is very well stocked, and has all the tools and appliances you would need. The free standing ice maker is a particularly welcome device! We had a quirky situation arise that affected the functioning of the air conditioning, and Pam got it fixed in a matter of hours, even on a Saturday evening. She is very responsive to questions and problems. She is very complete on her instructions, and on things you need to bring. Just read what she has put together and your arrival and departure will go smoothly. We highly recommend this beachfront property.

Family fun

Three sisters for a fun getaway after loosing two sisters during Covid. We are trying to get back to normal and this has surely helped. The condo was spectacular and the view amazing. Security was professional and kind. The pier was a true surprise and a good one. The outside pool although beautiful was very cold!!!

1ST TIME AT ORANGE BEACH

We stayed in condo 703W for 3 nights. The view was great! Ocean front with a balcony. The beds were not comfortable, maybe it's time to upgrade them. You can feeling the metal bracke on your back with yhe living room sleeper sofa.

Unit was comfortable, great location. Only complaint would be cleanliness upon arrival. Lot of beach sand on master bed and in floor throughout unit, all bed linings had not been cleaned thoroughly we washed them again upon checkin. Black mold in jets of master tub. Sliding door to patio in master bedroom was very hard to open and close.

Home away from home

The condo was beautiful. It had everything we needed upon arrival so we didn't have to run out right away. The day time security guard was super friendly and helpful. He answered any questions we had and offered valuable information. The only downfall was the outside pool was closed, and the inside pool wasn't very warm. We would definitely come back again!!

Loved the condo! Would use again! Some kitchen utensils were dirty. Sand on floor when we got there. Rugs at the doors would be great! Balcony floor dirty.

Great Gulf View

Great view of the gulf and beach. Condo was good access to beach with private pier that was nice. Condo was a little dusty and water was VERY hot; it almost burned my 4 year olds hands. It looked like HVAC unit wasn't serviced regularly but the air was cold and kept the rooms comfortable. Parking is a little tight for a 4 door anything with length but at least you didn't have to pay for parking, just don't park outside of your lines. Overall, it was a good stay and was very accommodating.
