The condo was clean and comfortable with nice size rooms. Overall a great fit for our group (3 adults and 3 teens). Beautiful view of ocean with easy beach access as well as nice pool area. Property was not crowded and everyone was friendly. Security is on site with maintained facilities. Coastal restaurant is a great restaurant and easy walk next door. Walgreens also in walking distance. Grocery shopping and restaurants very short drive. Kitchen is limited with just the basic equipment. If you plan to cook, be prepared, there are no “extras” not even salt and pepper. Umbrella and chair rental is available on the beach.

If you are coming from out of town, maybe skip this unit. It is more like a hotel .if you live near by and can lug a carload full of stuff…it’s for you. It is cleanish and the view is nice. We have stayed in other units up and down the Al/Fl panhandle with more amenities. It’s basically a hotel on the beach…the construction we were at least warned about. I would give it a C …great for adults without kids- just bring the kitchen sink and a lot of beach stuff. No workout room access until 8 …when you want to be heading to the beach…it was disappointing for us

It is a great location on the beach and within walking distance of several great restaurants and shops. The condo was clean, comfy, and well-maintained. It was a welcoming and wonderful place with all the amenities needed for a relaxing vacation. Location, location, and did I mention the location!

This condo has a most amazing view of the gulf and the location is the best you could want with Publix’s right across the street and a mini Walmart less then a mile away. The rooms were spacious, the beds comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was unbelievable( meaning utterly amazingly great!) Highly recommend, Vacasa made the booking easy and allowed for early check in which was wonderful for us since our flight got in early.

The home was clean as described. The view was spectacular overlooking the ocean! The walk-in shower was nice after a long day of beaching by the ocean, doing a dolphin tour or paragliding! We would suggest this property.
