The Space:
The Regency Isle Condominium complex is conveniently located on a well-maintained and picturesque stretch of white-sand coastline on Orange Beach, named as one of the “Best Beaches in the South” by Southern Living Magazine (April 2018).
While enjoying your stay, you will have access to all of the amenities the community offers, including an exercise room, covered grilling area, covered picnic tables, 2 hot tubs, steam room, sauna, and an indoor and outdoor pool. The building also offers snack and soda machines, as well as easy access to a paved bike and walking path directly in front of the property.
The Neighborhood:
Regency Isle 711 is a luxurious, gulf-front, 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath condo in Orange Beach that comfortably sleeps 8 guests and features tile floors throughout, beautiful appointments, lovely décor, WIFI, and full-sized washer and dryer.
Located on the 7th floor, the beach views from Regency Isle 711 are stunning. The expansive balcony, which can be accessed by both the living area and master bedroom, includes a lounger and a table with seating for six, perfect for enjoying dinner while taking in the beach scenery. Watch the waves kiss the shoreline from the spacious living area which features two couches and an accent chair. The dining area table seats six plus three more at the kitchen bar. We offer a well-equipped kitchen for those who like to cook at the condo. The common area space also has a half bath.
The master bedroom has a king bed, balcony access, flat screen TV and a private bath with a jetted tub, separate walk-in shower, and double granite vanity. The second bedroom has two full beds, flat screen TV and private bath with a tub/shower combination. Both bedrooms are tastefully decorated with plenty of closet space and bed-side lamps for reading. Making use of the sofa-sleeper in the living area, Regency Isle 711 can sleep up to eight guests.
This complex offers all of the amenities that you expect from a premier gulf-front resort such as: gulf-side pool and hot tub, indoor pool and hot tub, sauna/seam rooms, fitness room, picnic/cooking pavilion with gas grills, volleyball court and horseshoes. The business center/conference room has internet access and a copier/fax machine available. Located less than a half mile from the Flora-Bama, and convent to all of the shopping, dining, and entertainment that the area has to offer, Regency Isle is the perfect spot to stay when visiting the gulf coast.
When you're not grilling or dining in at this beautiful condo, sample one of many local eateries around town - several have been featured in Southern Living Magazine. The famous Flora-Bama Lounge & Oyster Bar is only a short 5-minute walk from the unit and is a local hotspot for freshly-shucked oysters, delicious seafood, and a litany of fun events such as their annual Interstate Mullet Toss!
Drive 6 miles down the island to the Lost Key Golf Club. Here you can play a round of golf on a picturesque course and enjoy lunch in the restaurant afterwards. This beautiful 18-hole course is situated near Dolphin Pass on Perdido Key and was redesigned by the famous Arnold Palmer Design Group. Other golfing choices around Orange Beach include Craft Farms, Glen Lakes, and more.
This unit is a short 5-minute drive to downtown Orange Beach, grocery stores, and is situated near local shopping centers and restaurants. There are numerous places nearby for rental needs such as jet skis, stand-up paddle boards, and helicopter tours of the coast! Also, within a short 10-minute drive are State and National Gulf Coast Parks. Conveniently located, there is something nearby for everyone to see and do!
Other Things to Note:
One parking pass comes with the booking. If you need a second for the complex, it will be $35. If you have third vehicle, it can park at our office for $50.
This condo is a non-smoking condo even on the balcony.

Upon arrival, you will get parking pass from our office which is 4.8 miles from the complex. If coming in town from the Beach Express, it is only one mile “out of the way”.
