Great Stay - very minor frustrations

We rented this house in December 2024 as a Christmas getaway. The property was as pictured and clean upon arrival. The community had a nice clean pool and was overall well taken care of. There was great communication with the 'Beach Getaways' who runs the property when service or questions was needed. My only complaints are the several (close to 10 that were repetative) emails I received when booking the property which doesn't reflect negatively rather just annoying, the lack of extra trash bags in the kitchen for the property, and I didn't see any comments about putting the trash across the street for pick up nor which days it needed to be put out for pick up. Otherwise it was a great stay!
