It was super convenient being across from the beach and it was very affordable especially compared to some of the other complexes in the area.

Close to the beach and pool area was so nice! Easy parking!

The pictures of the booking were very misleading. The condo was dirty (the property manager did offer to have another cleaning crew come out, but this was very inconvenient) the outside of the refrigerator was rusty and scary looking. We saw multiple cockroaches. The furniture and bedding was old, half the lights did not work and the wifi did not work the entire time of our stay. We were very disappointed and would not stay here again or recommend until updates are done.

The location of this condo is great. We could see the gulf from the deck. The beach was a short walk away. However, I cannot recommend this property for a long stay. The furniture was very uncomfortable. I could not sleep in the bedroom bed. It sagged in the middle. However, the bunk beds were comfortable. The couch also sagged in the middle. We had to purchase outside lawn chair cushions to place under the couch cushions to make it comfortable to sit on. There is no kitchen table and only two bar stools to sit at the counter to eat meal. Also, when we booked this condo we were told by Vacasa that we could bring our little dog with us. Unfortunately, our dog crossed the rainbow bridge before our trip. Once we got to the condo, there were signs all over the complex that said only owners could have pets. Instructions left inside the condo by Vacasa also said only owners could have dogs. I don't know why their website and representative that I spoke with before booking said dogs were allowed. We are very disappointed with this condo and Vacasa.

The location was good. The sofa and bed need replacing. There was no air filter in the unit only a dirty crumpled up one in floor beside it. There was construction being done right in front of the balcony and we were not informed. The living room television would not come on. The internet would not work… The unit does have hot water but the shower knob is very difficult to turn.

My friends and I absolutely loved the condo! The pool was awesome and the location can't be beat. We all accidentally called the condo "home" at least once during our trip. Really happy and hope to come again soon!

The furniture is very uncomfortable , bar and table stools are backless and hard wood. This may be ok for young family or people but not older people. The bedroom door won't close as it hits the bed, so not much privacy if there are more than a couple staying.
