Convenient and Clean

This property was clean and adorable with modern amenities. Something we didn’t think too much about before we got there was how convenient being on the ground floor is. We could get to the pool and beach in seconds, no waiting for elevators!! There are at least 3 grocery stores within 1 mile making the run for food or supplies super easy. We were always able to park within 20-30 feet of our door. With the smaller number of units in this complex, the beach was never packed, always plenty of room to set up our shade and relax. We would definitely stay in this condo again!

Awesome Condo

The condo is newly renovated! The owners are so sweet and very accommodating. The location is perfect. Just a few minutes from Gulf Shores & Perdido Key, FL. Being in the ground floor was perfect for our family so the kids could swim and we could keep an eye on them, then the beach is RIGHT there!! We will be back!!

Beach vacation

Our condo was perfect for us. The pool and beach access right out the back door was amazing when you have teenager's that are always on the move. Plenty of resturants and gift stores within walking distance. Plus a few different grocery shopping options. The condo had everything we needed to feel comfortable. Luke and Amanda kept in touch through email with all the information we needed to get there and get settled. If we ever head back that way, we'd be happy to stay there again.

Perfect ground level unit for families!

This might be my favorite vacation rental we’ve ever rented! Here’s the main reasons why: it’s ground level. You walk straight off the porch area and basically into the pool. This is great if you have children that constantly want in and out of the pool/need to use the restroom frequently/constantly want a snack. You can literally sit on the couch and see the deep end of the pool. Another reason why this condo is so great, you’re SO close to the beach! It’s just on the other side of the pool! Again, almost a necessity when you have young, needy children. A third reason, this condo is beautiful, updated, clean, and actually has great/quality kitchen stuff! The cooking stuff like pots and pans were some of the same in my own kitchen. This wasn’t a unit where someone filled it with things they didn’t use anymore. These people put good quality items in their unit that you would use and might even have in your own home! Another reason.. the beds were comfy, the dining room table was nice, heavy wood with comfy seating, the couch was okay comfort wise but useful because it pulls out into a bed for extra sleep space. The counters in the kitchen and bathrooms are a beautiful, clean granite. The tile in the bathrooms is beautiful and clean. The shower heads work great. The drains didn’t clog up, they drained beautifully. The floors are updated and clean, not tile. The only issues I had were outside of the unit and could happen at any condo you stay at.
