Quick away Time
The property was a bit dated but they were working on upgrades during my visit in certain areas. Otherwise the unit was fresh and clean. View was nice partial view of gulf. Short walk to beach from unit. No issues with parking. Enjoyed the security person nice fellow and helpful. The people l met during my stay were friendly. Not too far from any attractions, food, and shopping.

The overall property seemed a little rundown. Could use some maintenance. The room itself was clean and everything in working order. The bed was the so comfortable!! The price was very reasonable, easy access to the beach and location was great!

Studio in sugar beach
This condo was extremely dirty. The dirtiest I have ever stayed in and we have stayed in a lot. I don’t think anyone has mopped the floor in many stays. If I had a mop I would have done it myself. I can not wait to get home and take a shower. This is really my only complaint. The building is old and seems more like an institution then a condo environment. It was very close to the water which is nice but if you value cleanliness I would move on to the next.

Right on the beach!!
We enjoyed our stay here. Everything you needed was close by, very convenient. Wal mart right down the block and there are a variety of places to eat. The best part just a short walk to the beach.

Very nice! Great location and beach access!
Everything was great! The owner was very nice and helpful and always responded in a timely manner. The only thing I would change was maybe the shower curtain. However this condo was exactly as described and very nice! :)
