Elevator did not work

The stay was great except the elevator quit working twice and was down for an extended period of time. I couldn't go down to the pool or beach since my condo was on the 14th floor and I am on oxygen. Could have been more handicap friendly

Family Vacation from TN, GA and OH

Overall we had a great time here with all the grandkids and parents. We ended up having to mop the whole place our first day because if you walked inside without socks the bottom of your feet turned black. The bedrooms were the worst and had completely dark water after mopping. First day we only were able to connect 2 cellphones to the internet which made it hard for our family that had work to do. Seemed like it metered the amount of people who could connect. Got better as the week went on. Suppose to be smoke free area but people below our balcony kept smoking which came up to our balcony and daily people smoking at the pool. For non smokers we didn’t enjoy that part. The construction going on was fine as we were able to get to the outdoor and indoor pool and beach no problem.

Orange 🍊 beach 🏖️

Our family enjoyed the view and the space. Our host was very attentive and responded quickly to my needs. We all had plenty of privacy and enjoyed the balcony to the fullest. We will definitely be back.

Construction

We were not aware when we booked that the building would be under construction. Overall, the noise was not horrible, like of like listening to a pressure washer all day. The balcony was great, big and comfortable seating. The unit itself was just ok. Looks cute online, but the couches were not very comfortable, the laundry is in the middle of the kitchen with no doors on it (so we listened to every spin cycle), and every time the hall bathroom toilet was flushed, it sounded like a jackhammer for several minutes.We would definitely not choose to stay here again.

Great condo - horrible noise

Condo itself was great. View of the ocean was amazing & location was perfect. Only complaint was the very loud construction crew that started moving their machines each morning next door at 7 am with very loud beeping as they backed them into position followed by even louder sawing of stucco walls - that didn't stop until mid-afternoon. Was impossible to sleep with the door/windows open (one of my favorite things to do when staying at the beach when the weather outside is gorgeous ) or enjoy a cup of coffee on the porch. Listing said construction was over February 2024 (we stayed in March) and they clearly have a lot more work to do before the second building is completed. Would have been nice to have known as would have chosen another property for this trip.

Good location, but will re think staying on the 14th floor

Over all impression and stay was good until our second day at the condo, that’s when the first elevator broke. Second day which was Saturday Nov 4 the second elevator broke…. This would not have been an issue if our condo was on maybe the 1st through 4th floors however we were staying on the 14th floor. Needless to say on my 56 birthday I got to go up and down 14 flights of stairs multiple times. Another minor detail and note to those staying at this condo… take 2 ply toilet paper. 2 rolls of toilet paper are provided but you won’t want to use them.

Construction nearby

The condo was perfect except only 1 towel and washcloth per person. The beds were comfortable. The location was excellant, a gated, safe parking lot with a security person on site until midnight. The only drawback was the loud nearby construction going on daily from 7 30 am to 4to 5 pm. We were unable to use the beautiful deck. There was relief for an hour each day when the wokers took lunch . Very loud at the pool also with nearby construction.

Great condo

Our condo was great and the balcony/view was very nice. Only issue was very high pitched grinding noise from remodeling construction going on all day(about 8-5) in the same apart complex next door that made it really hard to enjoy the balcony. We were not aware ahead of time that this would be occurring.

Overall pretty nice and we would come back

Location and parking was convenient. The condo was clean and as described in the listing. The porch was great with the couch area but the dining table was missing a portion of the table top. There was construction going on to the other building that was loud all day during the week- that was not very relaxing and made napping for my littles more of a challenge. Would have been nice to have been notified of the construction beforehand. The construction also closed off the area to walk to the beach access, but with two beach access points it wasn't really a big deal. The pool is large and clean. It wasn't crowded while we were there which was really nice. Overall, we had a great vacation and we would come back.

I had to buy toilet paper

The place was in a great location and nicely appointed. But I had to go buy toilet paper the second day. When we were close to being out, I messaged the host, who responded that they only provided TP for the first night and the guest was responsible for additional rolls. It was irritating to have to interrupt my vacation to go buy toilet paper. On a positive note, the host was very responsive to both of my inquiries.

Best condo in Orange Beach!

Book this amazing place! This was our third year booking this condo and as soon as we walked in, we remembered why. It is the perfect location, size, layout and has everything you need. The furniture is great for a family or group and the huge balcony is amazing! It’s well stocked and the beds are comfortable. We go to the beach 3-4 times per year and this is hands down our favorite unit. The ease of check out, check in, communication, etc is ideal. Definitely book this place!

Best vacation!

Such a beautiful condo in an amazing location. It accommodated our family of 8 with plenty of extra room. Gorgeous views with a huge balcony. The communication was very quick and efficient. Would rent again!

Beautiful Views

The view was spectacular! The condo has a lot of space to move around inside with a huge deck overlooking the ocean. The communication was phenomenal along with quick responses if I had any questions. They provided all the codes prior to check in so we were able to go straight to unit. Lots of chairs to choose from in the outside pool area with beach access right there. We had a great time and definitely will return.
