Great property and location

I would recommend the property and accommodations were wonderful. The only negatives was the elevator- iffy at best and location to the Coastal restaurant was convenient but also smelled in the afternoon sun.

Overall Disappointing

The place was nice. On the beach and the location was convenient to everything. It is close to the busy highway so road noise is a constant. One of our main problems was the management company was horrible to deal with. We had problems checking in and they told us we had to pick up the key at the management office over 20 minutes away, which we drove to only to find out it was closed and there was no key for us to pick up there. This ultimately caused us to be late for our dinner reservation. The other problem was the place was not clean! The floors were absolutely filthy! Dirty shoe prints and dead bugs everywhere. Almost every bathroom mirror had water spots on it and many of the sinks weren’t clean either. There was also a full on centipede infestation - on all floors of the house. It’s was so disappointing and put a damper on the whole trip. Upon arrival the elevator was also not working and making a constant clicking noise. We contacted management to address the elevator. They sent someone out who just turned its main power so as to get rid of the constant noise. We informed them of how dirty the house was and he did nothing but say “thanks for letting me know”. We also pointed out the centipede infestation which he said he would send pest control out. That never happened. All around very disappointing for the money paid. Most likely will never stay here again.

We arrived to this 4 story home with lots of luggage, groceries, etc., with no working elevator. Then, once we were able to sit and relax we noticed the bottoms of our feet were black with dirt because the floors were absolutely filthy. The managers sent someone to clean but they only cleaned the kitchen level, so black feet again the next night. The rug in the living didn’t have a pad under it so that became a trip hazard. Only one of the extra keys worked. All in all it was very disappointing.

Excellent location convenient to beach, restaurants and stores. Having a hose and sprayer at front of carport where hose is would be helpful to wash off beach sand before entering unit. Other unites appear to have them.
