Our Stay was very Pleasant and the location was easy to get too. The Condo was very Clean and we like the way it was set up with the Antique style decor. We felt at home staying at The Moorings.

Beautiful home gated community

We had a great safe time. Pool was great. Condo master bedroom and bathroom was to die for. There was 5 of us we all agreed this has been the best experience of any vacation we have ever had.

Amazing

I was pleasantly shocked when entering this condo. It was spacious and had an antique feel to it. The drive to the beach was easy and there was plenty of room for the 6 of us. Will definitely be trying to stay here again.

Very high quality furnishings/decor !!

Loved staying in this condo. Very clean and spacious. The decor made me feel at home. Very accessible and convenient being a first floor unit! The only slight down side was a small den TV with poor quality sound but was no big deal. I plan to stay here again.

Calming waters

Having the pool so close was great. The condo had everything but an up dated coffee maker. We all start our day with cup of coffee and was shocked it wasn’t updated. Bur we figured it out. The place was close to stores, but far from the beach. The neighbors all around were very friendly. We would definitely stay here again!!!

Adequate, except in the kitchen

Overall, we had a nice stay with adequate space and supplies except for almost NO hangers in the closet. This is the first VRBO that I've stayed in that didn't supply basic spices or even a working grill and the ice maker was very noisy.

Location was great! So much to do!

The condo was really nice and roomy loved that each room has its own restroom and bathtub! Pool was very nice and big view from room was nice when standing up.Went fishing at the pier in back of condo and caught so many different types of fish it was awesome!So many places all around to go eat with the family. Was disappointed when I saw sign on fridge said “sorry grill is out of order” that’s something that should have been on the Vrbo Info we took a lot food to cook out and grill. Everytime I sent message to manager I would get a reply back hours later at one point 6hrs later they asked me when I was checking in(30min away from my check in) asked if the property has an iron they said no,good thing it does it has 2. Room was dusty laps had spiderwebs and my parents room the sheets where hanging touching floor so bed was not cleaned or done propertly. Over all location was great condo was nice I would stay again at the moorings everyone was so nice and friendly!

Family Boating Trip

The unit was great. We have stayed at the Moorings many times over the past 10 years. We typically come by boat from Destin. Unfortunately, the HOA has decided only owners can keep their boats in the water now and that wasn’t communicated. We will be choosing another property going forward unfortunately.

Home away from home!

My husband, son and I stayed at this home for the Christmas holidays. The home was in an awesome location and the scenery outside was wonderful. The home was beautiful with all the amenities needed as if we were at home. We were able to use many of the beautiful dishes in order to create the perfect Christmas meal for that day. The house was clean and smelled fresh. The hot tub was a plus however, when the jets were turned on a brown residue came out of it and we were not able to use it but once while we were there. Otherwise the tub by itself and shower were great to use. I was delighted that we had access to Youtube and Netflix because there were no DVD players in the rooms. There was one DVD in the living area supposedly but it did not work. We still were able to watch our favorite shows with the streaming capabilities. This home was very spacious and easy to find. Check in was easy. We had problems with the door locking but the issue was resolved once we left. But overall we enjoyed our stay and the home made our Christmas memorable.

The Moorings 107 - Fabulous!

The unit was great and our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The check-in process was not as simple as other rental companies than manage properties in the same condo. Figuring out a way to check-in and avoid traffic in Gulf Shores would be optimal- The unit itself was fantastic! We will be back-

Beautiful condo/loved the location.

Overall a positive experience just had the misfortune to be there when restrictions were placed to help stop spread of covid19. In the flamingo bedroom the shade fell off the window . We tried to put it back up but found someone had previously taped it to the wall. We called Poole to report it, and they sent Jody over. He said he would check about putting up a new one, but he couldn’t do anything until the Condo Association checked out mildew that he found around the window. We never saw him again or anyone from the Association. We did follow up with a call to Poole.

Awesome vacation in Orange Beach

Very good time at Orange Beach. Lots to do for all age groups. The Condo at The Moorings is top notch. Nicely decorated, lots of cooking utensils, modern appliances, nice view etc. Bedrooms were very very comfy with nice tv's in all 3 bedrooms. VRBO, POOLE and Associates were excellent to work with. I would highly recommend this condo, VRBO and Poole and Associates to all. Thank You!

Excellent condo in a good location.

Although this condo was larger than we needed the extra room came in handy. Lots of antique furniture that we didn’t use. Beautiful view from the veranda. Grill also a nice feature.
