The condo was beautiful! The wall of windows and doors provided spectacular views. The condo was clean and spacious. The host was great! The beach was spectacular! Very clean and soft sand. Highly recommend this area and condo!

Had a great time! Condo has beautiful views of the ocean, very clean and responsive hosts. Work being done throughout the property, love to see them investing to keep the entire building top notch! I would highly recommend.

Medinas do Orange Beach

Extended our stay for Granddaughter’s wedding in Fairhope by adding extra days at the beach. Loved the location, easy to travel to local restaurants, Walmart close for groceries, beach was beautiful and just for residents. Traveled through Gulf Shore state park to Foley and Lulu’s. A must! to Luluspark

Lovely condo

The property was beautiful and exactly as described. It was large and spacious enough to fit a group of 9. Check in was a breeze, pool was wonderful and the short walk to the beach made life easy. Thanks a bunch!

Nice condo with great view

We had a nice stay. Our only issue was the evelators, we had to wait over 30 mins for them one day. We would’ve taken the stairs but we were going up and with two small kids. The condo itself was in great shape. The view is amazing.

Absolutely fabulous!

This property is exactly as described. It was perfect for our us, our adult children and two toddler grandsons. Plenty of room for everyone! The management team was so very responsive before and during our stay. Our only negative is it would have been nice if the outdoor pools were heated. Would definitely stay in this condo again!

Family vacation

We were so pleased with everything. We had a large group and there was plenty of room and bathrooms for everyone. The process was so easy and the communication was top notch. There is a texting number you can contact at ANYTIME and they’re right on the ball with answering any questions. R look forward to another trip here. It’s our favorite!

Perfect for Families

The property is ideal for families. Easy check in. Covered parking for loading/unloading. Great amenities and less than 100 yards to the beach. Three bedrooms and four bathrooms is the ideal setup for families. Space was modern and updated. We had an issue with the AC and they had it fixed in under an hour.

Some improvements needed

Floors weren’t clean, needed mopped. Throw rugs in master suite old and need replaced. Living room sofas need boards under cushions or replace sofas, as when older people sit on them they sink so far down that it’s difficult for them to get up. We did enjoy our stay and liked condo layout as well as furniture on balcony was comfortable. Thank you for allowing us to stay there.

View was Great, Beds Horrible!

The pictures of this condo must be original because looks a lot nicer and newer in pics than in person. All furniture was very old and worn out. Wasn’t the most comfortable. The king bed was terrible! As much as it costs to rent this place they should be able to afford investing in a comfortable mattress. It was very old and worn out. Left side of bed closest to bathroom was worse than other side. It bowed on both sides. The Other bedroom mattresses were very uncomfortable as well. I can deal with furniture being uncomfortable but a bed I always look forward to being comfortable especially with the cost you have to pay to stay. The balcony view was absolutely beautiful and favorite part of the condo. We traveled with 7 adults and 4 kids and had plenty of room. Loved that we all had our own bathrooms with showers plus a bonus bathroom and shower. The ice maker didn’t work so maintenance came out and fixed the next afternoon. Was very disappointed that the splash pad wasn’t open yet. The front desk said their grand opening wasn’t until end of month. Would have been nice to know before booking. Pictures showed splash pad and was one of reasons why booked at Phoenix II but didn’t say anything about not opening til summer 2024. The water slide wasn’t open and front desk said maintenance forgot to open it. Few days later it was closed. Putt-putt course was also closed. Was very disappointing for features that made us book weren’t even available for us to use.

Best condo we have ever stayed in! We really loved this condo. Was so clean and fresh when we arrived. Had everything we needed. Even extras like beach toys and beach umbrella. The management was very easy to communicate with via text for anything we needed! This is our second stay at Oasis and this condo is our favorite!

Exactly as advertised. The unit is prestine and has everything you need. Location is wonderful and the view is impeccable. Was able to get in touch with the host quickly with any question I had and that alone was amazing. We cant wait to come back one day!

Orange Beach

Our room was filthy when we first checked in. Alabama getaway did send someone right away to change the sheets and someone the next day to reclean the room. It took us 2 hours to get to our room because there are only 6 elevators for the 32 story building. What we did love was that it was fully handicap accessible except for the balcony. We will not stay again though
