I stayed here with my spouse, mom, and 3 children during a cheer competition. It was clean and spacious. The showers were large with seats. There's a jetted tub in the master. Plenty of seating in the living room and dining table. The built in ice maker is wonderful. Balcony was spacious, included a grill, and overlooked the water. They were very patient and communicative, answering my questions promptly. (It was my first vrbo rental.) The only thing I'd suggest is having/bringing a blow dryer. This is something all hotels have so I assumed there would be one until I read the detailed check in info.

Our stay was very great! There were a few things that may be helpful for the future: 1. There were several roaches outside on the balcony at night. 2. The back door was hard to push open and close. 3. Guest toilet running. 4. Tram isn’t running and pool isn’t heated. We had a great stay and so thankful for the quick communication with agency :).

Great pool and nice room
My one complaint is if you are relying on the "pull out sofa" as an actual sleeping arrangements it s very small futon, not a pull out sleeper. My teenage son did not fit on it well at all. We have a family of 5 with kids 8-16, and we would have been hard pressed to find more room for anyone. The evening activities at the Wharf were fun for our younger kids. Not as many restaurant options as I thought there would be, but the property was really nice and the pool was beautiful. Just know you can't bring so much as a water bottle to the pool and have to use restaurant there for snacks/drinks (they do have free water). We also had about a 15 min drive to the closest public beach access. Loved the balcony, had a grill. Nice kitchen and plenty of common space for our group.
