Excellent place to stay!! Fun kids bedroom with bunk beds and lots of space for adults and kids to move around. One bathroom had running toilet, so limited shared bathrooms for families. Only minus! Would rent again

Beach trip

Wonderful location enjoyed the condo location lazy river .. everything fit our group perfect .. extra bathroom was a plus plus having teenage girls and boys .. only negative was with 12 people three cars with a three bedroom condon 2 parking passes is a hardship .. we did end up getting it worked out .. will stay here again

Beautiful View

Condo was great for our family of 12. We LOVED the bunk room! Everyone had a bed. We love the beach access and the lazy river. The music at the pool/lazy river was very good…family friendly! The elevators were horrible on Sunday morning when people were checking out otherwise they were fine. We will definitely be back.

Perfect set up for a large group

Loved having so many bathrooms and enjoyed the view from the balcony. Internet was not that great but I’m not sure if it was because of the tropical storm or not. It would have been nice to have had more than one roll of TP for each bathroom since we stayed a week with 8 people. Nice to have washer and dryer as we did several loads of towels and washcloths. We would have liked to have hooks to hang things on and have charging stations by the beds.

Maintenance was lacking; very little cell phone service

Nice unit, but somewhat worn…lightbulbs out and lamps missing knobs. We rented because of the kids room setup, which the kids loved. All beds were very comfortable. There was sand in the kids’ beds and the unit was pretty dusty, the fault of the cleaning crew. The kids loved the slide and lazy river and hot tub. Having to pay $45 for parking was irritating. It was definitely not bad, but not as nice as we are usually accustomed to.

What an amazing property with so many amenities! We loved being right on the beach with the pool options. We were worried about the elevator wait being on the 30th floor, but never had to wait long. We will definitely be back!

Great location and comfortable condo

We have always enjoyed the Phoenix condos, especially in West II. This condo was especially nice. The main drawback was its height which could be problematic during peak season but not bad at all during off season.

AMAZING!!

This place looks as stunning as the pictures. Our family loved our stay in mid-October and the location was perfect. Very close to the so many restaurants and the beach roomy so you didn’t feel crowded. Even with the extra guests that came to Orange Beach because of a hurricane about a month earlier. I will say that since we were on the 30th floor elevators were busy, especially with the increase of people staying at the resort. But besides waiting for the elevators, you didn’t feel the crowd anywhere else. As for the condo, the two things I could think to improve the place would be if the ice machine by the bar was fixed and if they had a Fire Stick or Roku on the main living room TV. My family was wanting to watch a movie on Disney+ from our subscription, but we didn’t have a way to sign in through the TV. So we all huddled around our iPad. We would definitely stay again and we had a great time

Over Price Not Newly remodeled

This property was advertised as luxury and newly remodel. It has mold in alot of the rooms. Ice maker didn't work and was full of mold. The bunk beds looked cool from ad but we're not very safe. They had nails coming threw the wood and sharp to touch. Elevators took forever some days and the room was on the 30th floor so stairs with a little one and beach items was not an option. We have rented the last three years in this building and spent far less money for nicer condos...

Ice maker didn’t work, half of the lightbulbs in the condo were blown (had super high ceilings so couldn’t change them out), none of the remotes had batteries in them, thermostat had a problem cooling the condo and was frequently freezing up, no lock on balcony door, mold all in master bathroom on vents and on ceiling. Definitely not worth the money.

Great place for a family get away!

Great condo! Very clean and well maintained. Comfortable and nice furniture. Beds were comfortable. We had 6 people but could have easily hosted 8 and allowed everyone their own bed comfortably. We were very pleased with the set up. Be prepared to have patience with the elevators. Not sure why a building of that size only has 6 elevators for beach going families but it is what it is. That is really the only negative and to be honest it wasn’t bad all the time. Just like traffic in your home town you just need to plan accordingly and you just know that certain times of the day there will be a wait. Again though, the condo itself was very nice. We would most definitely come back and rent condo 3009 again!

Awesome trip to Orange Beach

We loved our time at Phoenix West II, suite 3009. The place is big and well furnished, with lovely views of the ocean. The bunk bed room really helped with the kids having sleepover parties with their friends who also stayed in the same complex. The only thing I would mention is the check-in time (4:30 pm), is the same time everyone is coming off the beach, so we had to wait for an elevator for a while when we were bringing our stuff up. Other than that we loved our stay and would visit again!

Family Spring break!

I would highly recommend this property! The unit was amazing. We had 9 people in our party from 10 years old to 74 years old and everyone loved it. The only reason I didn't give all 5 stars is 2 days before we arrived we found out the basketball/tennis court was closed because the roof needed repaired. Our rental agent worked with us and was great. We will definitely book this same location again and cant wait to go back.

We had a great stay, the condo met all out needs and there was a great beach for the kids ( we had 6- ages 2 to 11). Only negative is the condo was not as clean as we would like. Stained/ rough bedding, beds sloppily made, pillows with cases that were too small.

Reviewer Comments: The unit glows: bed configuration was perfect for our family situation, easy access to elevators/beach, quiet, sectional provided a nice hangout, patio furniture gave everyone a seat, beautiful view.The unit grows: curtain rod in master needs to be rehung, mirror leaning against wall in master (though stylish) could pose a hazard to smaller children, no potholders, could use more forks, a laundry basket would help families transfer laundry from washer/dryer to rooms, low lighting-moved a lamp from the entry to the bunkbed room for reading, would have liked to have a had a broom for quick clean up.Regarding the condo property, the Phoenix West II has a great outdoor pool, lazy river, and so many other amenities that are easy to access and well-maintained. I recommend that you not use the "community beach storage" because some of our items were borrowed and two chairs were stolen. Disappointing, but we learned our lesson. It would be great if there was a way to keep those things locked because it would be very handy. I would have liked to have seen more security present in the pool areas. Though others complained about the elevators in previous reviews, we didn't have one problem with them. If you bike, the bike trail access is 1/2 mile down the road so that's a great convenience.The property manager, Julia, was great! We had a leak in the sink (garbage disposal, I think) and it was fixed immediately. Julia made herself available and provided information in a timely manner.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay at Phoenix West II. The condo was everything we hoped it would and there was plenty of room for my family. The condo was clean with the exception of under the sectional sofa there was dirt, sand, and crayons from previous renters. The chairs at the table were wobbly and the bench seat cover needed to be washed. With that being said, we will definitely be back.
