Boasting panoramic ocean views and all the necessary comforts of home, this is the perfect place for total relaxation. This property has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and features private access to the beach! Spend days exploring the island or staying close to the resort to take advantage of pools!

Sitting on the 11th floor, this 941sq ft condo offers some of the best views of the white sand beach below! From your private balcony, you will be able to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee or glass of wine as you take in the beauty of the coastline. Walk inside to a softly decorated living room that features a sleeper sofa and a loveseat, as well as a flat screen TV with satellite. The dining area has a 6 chair table set plus 4 barstools conveniently placed at the counter height bar. When it's time to whip up something for dinner or even a quick snack, you'll find everything you need has been thoughtfully provided in the fully stocked kitchen. Love coffee? Drip-style coffee maker and Keurig, both are provided. Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and all the necessary dishes and accessories you need for preparing wonderful meals will be right at your fingertips! Time for a little rest? In the master suite, you will find a cozy king-sized bed and a private bathroom with a double vanity sink and walk in shower. The guest bedroom has a comfortable queen bed with shared access to the guest bathroom that features a tub/shower combo. Resting up for the next day's adventures will not be a challenge!

When you are ready to enjoy the amenities, you will have access to a heated indoor pool (heating the pool in late November and it stays heated until April) with a swim through feature to the heated outdoor pool! A BBQ area also provides the perfect space for putting your grill skills to good use!

When the sun goes down, enjoy the night life of Orange Beach with fresh drinks and live entertainment at several venues along the beach.

You are just minutes from every activity the island has to offer whether it's sport fishing on the Gulf, reading a book on the beach, parasailing, hiking the Backcountry Trails, glass blowing and pottery throwing at the waterfront Coastal Arts Center, shopping at the Tanger Outlet Mall and just a few miles away from the OWA Amusement Park and Entertainment Complex.

* RENTAL AGREEMENT: Rental Agreement must be signed to receive Check-In Information.

* AGE RESTRICTION: Policy strictly enforced 25 years or older with renter 25 years old staying in unit. No refunds for anyone trying to rent that is not at least 25 years old.

* PARKING: MAXIMUM of 2 vehicles per unit/per reservation, no exceptions - STRICTLY ENFORCED. One (1) parking pass is included with your reservation at the time of booking. If you need a second parking pass, you must notify us at least 24 hours prior to arrival so that we can charge you for it and provide it to you at check-in. The cost is approximately $35 per vehicle and valid for the duration of your stay. The parking pass is inside the property in the kitchen counter. You must complete (no blank lines) and display the parking pass on your driver's side front dash in plain sight during your stay. *PRICE IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

* WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: While all Sands of Alabama rental units are set up for normal housekeeping, the properties will NOT have cleaning products or toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and soaps intended to last for the duration of your stay. Each rental property is furnished with a STARTER SET of paper products for your first night. This set includes one roll of paper towels, a small bottle of liquid dish soap, one powder dishwashing packet, one can liner per trash can, one travel size hand soap and body soap per bathroom and one roll of bathroom tissue in each bathroom. Please bring extras.

* CHECK-IN: After 4PM on the day your reservation begins. Early check-in is NOT possible.
