  • Ground floor walkout condo on the beach. Located in Phoenix East II. 3 Bedrooms + Pull out queen couch, 2 Baths, (Sleeps 10)


    This is a ground floor unit with large tiled wrap around patio that is steps to the zero-entry pool/ beach / grilling area / fenced kids splash zone . Professionally cleaned before each stay. Extra large capacity washer and dryer and wet bar with ice maker.

    Free WiFi is included along with Dish Network satellite. All bedrooms and living room have smart televisions that are new as of July 2024.

    This is a premium rated unit with many upgrades. It is much nicer than majority of premiums in the older buildings.

    It is equipped with a Wet Bar and new under cabinet ice maker in the family room.

    Updated counters and cabinets with stainless appliances and 10 foot ceilings unlike the older Phoenix units. The tubs are all cast iron, with no plastic inserts.

    Unit was professionally decorated with updated upscale decor. Sleeps 8 in beds (3 queens and 1 king) comfortably, and 10 with sleeper sofa in the family room.

    Wireless Internet and Satellite TV included.

Although this unit doesn't have a beach view, it is centered around a tropical scenery and perfect for young families or older couple who need east access to the pool, and direct access to the beach. Very family friendly!

WONDERFUL STAY! We enjoyed our time here so much! Great communication with the host. We had our toddler grandchild with us and the setup was perfect with a little one. Will definitely book this unit again.

Superb location for our family. We were able to enjoy the back patio and watch the kids swim. Huge patio. Condo clean, well stocked kitchen, ice maker a bonus. Fans in every room. Quiet, clean condo. Megan was responsive to every message and followed up very quickly. Highly recommend. Beach was great and a short walk from the back door.

From the moment I booked until I added an extra day to check out and all in between this condo and Megan were phenomenal! I loved the location and all the room in the condo was great. We spent lots of time on the patio and just walk out your door you were at the pool! The kids loved it and so did we! A really short walk to the beach as well. Also a big plus was the sweetest people at PE where we picked up our parking passes and pool bracelets. And all the security people were so sweet too! We had the best vacay! We will def stay here again

This condo was perfect! Clean, spacious, and the perfect location. Being on the ground floor was amazing traveling with young kids and being able to walk right out to the pool and beach. Megan is an amazing host, very helpful and quick to respond. It will be hard to ever stay anywhere else.
