Birthday trip

My husband and I had a wonderful long weekend in this condo. Everything was very nice including the furniture. Every amenity we could think of was provided and of good quality. The view and the patio were spectacular! Will recommend to friends and family for sure!

Short Anniversary get away

We really enjoyed our stay. Only reason I did not give 5 stars on all questions is due to some painting needed. I’m sure some wear and tear is expected and did not prevent us from enjoying our stay. We would stay here again.

Right on the beach.

We have stayed at 103 several times now. It's not over crowded and right on the beach. It has a great balcony for coffee and dolphin watching in morning and drinks in evening. Condo has everything you will need.

Property had minor repairs that were needed, but was clean. Vrbo offered to make repairs during our stay, but I declined. Building and other visitors were family friendly, my teens were safe to go to the beach w/o me.

Great location and nice quiet family condos

Beautiful view and great location. It was quiet and well equipped for our needs. We read what starter items would be there, so we packed additional tp, paper towels, laundry and dish Detergent and closet Wipes that we knew we would need for our family. We had an issue with Hot water on day 1, but that was quickly resolved through chat in the vacasa app (breaker tripped before we arrived, we think- but never did it again while we were there). Beach was great after the clouds cleared.

Family Vacation

Location is wonderful, beach access is extremely convenient. The condo was clean and well stocked. The only thing that wasn’t exactly ideal is the parking situation. Definitely not enough parking in the main lot. Overflow is across a busy street which I did not know or missed in the original booking. It worked out fine but it is a bit of a hassle.

Nice!

It was nice just to walk down to the beach from our place. The only downfall I would say about the place is if you would like to walk to restaurants or places they are not typically walking distance unless you’re athletic and young and can appreciate the heat. Lol. So we Ubered the whole time we were here.Never had a long wait for a ride. King bed very comfortable and it was nice to be provided with the basic essentials when we got there.

Perfect view in need of an update

The property was adequate and offered a splendid beach view. There was some work being done on the balcony - it had ruts in the concrete as if it had been blasted with a jackhammer. Also, a couple of large work buckets had been left behind in the den by someone. Finally, there were very few plugs available to charge electronic devices, which gave the place an out-of-date feel. On the plus side the condo was very comfortable and clean with nice decor.

Beautiful beach view!

This condo is an amazing location! With just 1 level of steps to go up it is easily accessible to the beach. The balcony area is fabulous! Best furniture of any unit - comfortable and sturdy. Spent hours out there - nice for breakfast with the sun, and as the day went by the shaded balcony was a great place to enjoy reading and watching the ocean! Inside condo is decorated nicely and the kitchen is very well equipped. Nice kitchen table that seats 6 and great bar stools at the kitchen island. Bathrooms are nice. Beds are good, not great. Never used the pools, but there is a small indoor pool and an outdoor pool. Beach chairs and umbrellas available for rent. The balcony is the best part of this rental - it truly was beautiful!

Fine stay, could use some updates

This property is in a great location and clean. The best part was the beach front views and watching dolphins on the patio every morning. The private beach was lovely. But note: There are no tents allowed at the property so thankfully there was an umbrella in the closet or ones to rent. Also we had two parking passes but just needed one. Even so, we almost didn’t have a place to park a few evenings. People were parked in unmarked spots. I would say the building overall needs some attention. The condo was convenient and had all we needed but the peeling paint on the walls, vanities and ceilings left us feeling underwhelmed. Some of the lights didn’t work and I think for the value we may stay somewhere else. This could be an A+ with some standard updates and maintenance.

View is worth the stay

The patio was our favorite spot with comfortable furniture and beautiful gulf views. We also enjoyed the patio access from the master bedroom, which provided a beautiful scenery to wake up to. Access to the beach was easy and not too crowded. For the most part everything we needed was available in the unit. The king mattress was perfect for our liking - Nice and firm. The rest of the furniture was in good shape and very comfortable. The pull out mattress would not be recommended for adults. Our teen complained that it was not comfortable, but I don't know that any pull out mattress would be. The kids enjoyed the jacuzzi tub; a nice perk that isn't found in many units of this price range. Maintenance and upkeep of the unit as well as the entire property is in need of some TLC. If we were planning a trip longer than a few nights I would likely look elsewhere, but for this short stay, it was just what we needed.

Late September Birthday Vacation

Others complained about the master bed being too hard, i loved it! The views from the balcony were great! We were literally steps away from the beach. Being late September, the beach was not crowded at all!!! Definitely on my come back list!
