The bed was very comfy, & we appreciated the laundry soap, dish soap, and cooking utensils in the home. We also started the dishwasher, and it cleaned the dishes very well.

Perfect location, room needs some updating

The room could use some updated accommodations, such as a Roku, DVD player, or something to watch movies/Netflix. Pools and tennis court are perfect location from the room.

Perfect studio for 2 adults

The proprty on the outside is well kept. We have stayed here 2 years in a row and the elevator has broken down both times. Luckily they have 2. The hallways show sins of needing repair. But the room was excellent.

The property was adequate for the price we paid. There were a few minor inconveniences. Single coffee maker, toaster didn’t work, and our keypad stopped working. We had to wait over an hour for a locksmith. Overall, the room and property was clean and provided the rest we needed.

The picture is not what it seems.

The view you see is now a building sight. Also the main beach road. Couldn’t sit out on the porch due to AC unit exhausting there. Also it’s a view of another building being built and a busy road. Could barely see the beach. It’s a clean but very dated facility. Twin uncomfortable mattress. We enjoyed the area and the beach is beautiful.

this was a clean studio apartment, there was no extra seating (just chairs at the bar and 2 chairs at a breakfast table) we only had 3 towels so we had to wash and dry towels everyday. the apartment was stocked with essential kitchen items. the balcony did not have a beach view, just a view of the road and the condo being built next door . nice just for a quick weekend getaway

It was okay

The place was very clean and as pictured EXCEPT WHY PUT US IN A ROOM THAT FACES THE ROAD AND NOTHING BUT DIRT. VERY DISAPPOINTING The tv DID NOT WORK. NOR DID THE REMOTE. NOR DID THE HEATER WORK PROPERLY.

Needs major renovations

There are holes in the wall unpatched in the shower, the AC unit is a wall unit that blocks out all other noise (including the TV). Remote to the TV doesn’t work, also nothing but basic cable. Also a dishwasher that floods when it’s turned on?This room is great if you spend no time at all in the room.

This was the worst place I have ever stayed. The bathroom is moldy the refrigerator is old and rusty and the air conditioner does not work. All of which I find interesting when you get charged cleaning fee that is nearly the same amount as the nightly rate. My daughter and I were woke up at 4 o’clock in the morning due to the construction happening around the whole building. This unit is not as advertised.

When we got there the door wouldn’t unlock! Called they told me what to do over the phone still no good! Then got another phone call finally got me in about an hour later! then wanted to take a shower and NO HOT WATER! So I called back and that was no good same person called me back that helped with door and said well it’s Friday night and I doubt I can get anyone there!! Well that’s not my problem!! The same person said I am 2 hours away! Here again NOT MY PROBLEM! Come to find out the hot water heater was off at the breaker! So finally we have hot water! Now we notice there is no hot water in the kitchen sink! No water at all when you turn the hot water on which tells me there is no hot water in the dish washer either! The room needs dusting espically in the bathroom! If you are going to enjoy the beach it’s perfect but if you are going to sit on the balcony for the view don’t! The view is of the road! The last thing I will say is that the toilet paper was like sandpaper! Bring your own tp

Met our needs for a quick stay.

This was a clean condo. Good bit of maintenance going on as to be expected during the off season. The condo was fine but the outside of the building and hallways could use some touching up.
