“The Pond House fit my needs and location very well for the time I needed to be in Charlottesville. It was very spacious and clean. You need a car as it is north of downtown near the airport. A quiet setting in a quiet neighborhood. It is a basement apartment, so no windows to appreciate the it’s situation, but very comfortable.”

“Beautiful property close to Shenandoah mountains hiking and Culpeper, Va. The place is stocked with everything you may need in case you forgot something. I enjoyed the fresh eggs from the chickens and the hammock at sundown.Nice pool and hot tub available when the weather is agreeable.”

“The apartment felt big for its size, as there was a door closing off the bedroom, and a partial wall betwen the living room and kitchen. No dedicated dining room, but the big open desk doubled as a dining room table when we had people over. Otherwise, we mostly ate at the little table in the kitchen, or outdoors on the porch. Or at the many restaurants that were mostly right across the street Belmont is a lively, charming neighborhood, and the downtown mall is easy walking distance. A lovely……
